ELECTROMAGNETIC RELEASE DOOR CLOSER
20170306668 · 2017-10-26 ·

The present invention relates to the technical field of door closers, and particularly discloses an electromagnetic release door closer. The electromagnetic release door closer comprises a door closer body, a slide rail, and a rocker arm, one end of the rocker arm is articulated with the door closer body, wherein the slide rail is provided with a slide groove and a slide cavity which are parallel to each other, a through slot which is parallel to the slide groove is arranged between the slide groove and the slide cavity, wherein an electromagnetic limiting mechanism can be fixed at any position in the slide cavity. In the electrified state of an electromagnet, an electromagnetic attracting plate and the electromagnet are in a fixed state under the action of magnetic force, a limiting latch bolt is located in the slide groove, and is used to limit the sliding of a slider in the slide groove, and under this state, the slider can slide freely between the limiting latch bolt and one end of the slide groove, that is, a door leaf can move freely between a position limited by the limiting latch bolt and a maximum opening position. The defect that a door leaf can only be fixed in one specific state in the prior art is overcome, the range of adjustment is wider, and the electromagnetic release door closer is more convenient to use, and can meet more use requirements.

POWER SWING DOOR ACTUATOR WITH INTEGRATED DOOR CHECK MECHANISM
20170292311 · 2017-10-12 ·

A power swing door actuator for moving a passenger swing door relative to a body portion of a motor vehicle. The power swing door actuator includes a housing rigidly fixed to the swing door, a motor mounted to the housing, a connector link having a first end pivotably coupled to the vehicle body portion and a second end pivotably coupled to a drive nut of a spindle drive mechanism. A leadscrew of the spindle drive mechanism is rotatably driven by the motor for causing relative translational movement between the drive nut and the leadscrew which, in turn, results in pivoting movement of the connector link while the vehicle door swings between open and closed positions in response to selective actuation of the motor. The power swing door actuator is further equipped with an integrated door check mechanism.

A door checker apparatus for a vehicle may include a checker arm which has one end portion mounted on a side outer panel through a hinge bracket, the other end portion at which a stopper is disposed, and a groove; and a slide device which is mounted on a door inside panel, and slides along the checker arm.

DOOR OPENING DEGREE ADJUSTMENT DEVICE

A door opening degree adjustment device includes a check link having a stopper portion, a guide member having a guide hole, and an adjustment member. The adjustment member includes a plurality of stages of step portions and a guide projection that is inserted in the guide hole movably in the extending direction of the guide hole. The adjustment member causes the stopper portion to contact the step portions of any one of the stages, thereby restricting an opening operation caused by pivoting of the door in one direction. The guide projection is arranged on an extended line that connects the stopper portion to one of the stages of the step portions that contacts the stopper portion in the direction of the movement of the check link.

Door-stopping device with infinite holding positions

Disclosed is a door-stopping device, including a linking arm and a locking mechanism, one being rigidly connected to the leaf of the door and the other to the frame, the linking arm including at least one face intended for engaging with a braking element resting on the face of the linking arm, the braking element being controlled by a blocking element resting in a notch provided on the braking element, the blocking element engaging with resilient return element intended for exerting a pressure of the blocking element on the braking element, thus allowing the relative holding of the door in open position in any given position between the closed and fully-open positions. The device is particularly applicable to motor vehicle doors.

Friction brake

A friction brake including a shaft having an input end and an output end, at least one lock collar, at least one tolerance ring disposed between the lock collar and the shaft providing an interference fit therebetween, and a locking component adapted to engage the lock collar to prevent rotation of the lock collar.

Retainer housing for a door check

A retainer housing, in particular for a door check (30), includes a first housing part (2) with a cavity (3) for receiving a brake body (50) and a spring system (40) of a door check (30). The first housing part (2) has a first end (2b) and a second end (2c), and a closing piece (104) which is situated on one of the first end (2b) and second end (2c) of the housing part. The closing piece (104) has an upper face (104a) and a lower face (104b). Multiple elevations (6) are arranged on the lower face (4b; 104b) of the closing piece (4; 104), concentrically around a centre point of the lower face (4b; 104b). The elevations (6) have a stop face (7) for a spring system (40) of a door check (30).
