The pop-up apparatus for a vehicle door, includes a door check to be fixed to a vehicle door, a check link having one end supported to be supported on a body so as to be turnable, the check link being configured to perform relative movement with respect to the door check between the one end and another end of the check link while being applied with a pushing force by the door check, a push arm, which is arranged on a side closer to the another end of the check link, and is configured to turn about a rotation axis to apply a force so as to cause the relative movement of the check link in a direction in which the vehicle door is opened, a posture arm configured to turn about the rotation axis, and urging means configured to apply an urging force, which enables integral turning of the push arm and the posture arm, to the push arm and the posture arm when the posture arm turns.

An opening degree adjustment device for a vehicle door includes a door check including a pressing member and being fixed to a vehicle door mounted to a vehicle body; a check link including a sliding surface to be pressed by the pressing member, one end being supported on the vehicle body so as to be pivotable, and another end having a stopper member mounted thereon, the check link being movable relative to the door check within a predetermined movable range of the check link between the one end of the check link and the another end of the check link under a state in which the sliding surface is pressed by the pressing member, and an opening degree adjustment block including a first checking region configured to restrict movement of the stopper member.

DOOR OPENING DEGREE ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A door opening degree adjustment device includes a check link having a stopper portion, a guide member having a guide hole, and an adjustment member. The adjustment member includes a plurality of stages of step portions and a guide projection that is inserted in the guide hole movably in the extending direction of the guide hole. The adjustment member causes the stopper portion to contact the step portions of any one of the stages, thereby restricting an opening operation caused by pivoting of the door in one direction. The guide projection is arranged on an extended line that connects the stopper portion to one of the stages of the step portions that contacts the stopper portion in the direction of the movement of the check link.
DOOR OPENING DEGREE ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A door opening degree adjustment device includes a check link having a stopper portion, a guide member having a guide hole, and an adjustment member. The adjustment member includes a plurality of stages of step portions and a guide projection that is inserted in the guide hole movably in the extending direction of the guide hole. The adjustment member causes the stopper portion to contact the step portions of any one of the stages, thereby restricting an opening operation caused by pivoting of the door in one direction. The guide projection is arranged on an extended line that connects the stopper portion to one of the stages of the step portions that contacts the stopper portion in the direction of the movement of the check link.
Door component comprising a controllable damping device
A door component has a controllable damping device and contains a magnetorheological fluid. Two connection units are movable relative to one another. One of the two connection units is connected to a support structure and the other one to a pivotable door unit. The device damps a movement of the door unit between a closed position and an open position in a controlled manner by way of a control unit. The magnetorheological damping device has a piston unit and a cylinder unit surrounding the piston unit. The piston unit divides a cylinder volume into two chambers. The piston unit is equipped with a first one-way valve. The two chambers are connected together, via an external return channel equipped with at least one controllable magnetorheological damping valve, to form a one-way circuit. When the piston unit moves in and out, the magnetorheological fluid flows through the piston unit in the same flow direction.
Door-stopping device with infinite holding positions
Disclosed is a door-stopping device, including a linking arm and a locking mechanism, one being rigidly connected to the leaf of the door and the other to the frame, the linking arm including at least one face intended for engaging with a braking element resting on the face of the linking arm, the braking element being controlled by a blocking element resting in a notch provided on the braking element, the blocking element engaging with resilient return element intended for exerting a pressure of the blocking element on the braking element, thus allowing the relative holding of the door in open position in any given position between the closed and fully-open positions. The device is particularly applicable to motor vehicle doors.
Door-stopping device with infinite holding positions
Disclosed is a door-stopping device, including a linking arm and a locking mechanism, one being rigidly connected to the leaf of the door and the other to the frame, the linking arm including at least one face intended for engaging with a braking element resting on the face of the linking arm, the braking element being controlled by a blocking element resting in a notch provided on the braking element, the blocking element engaging with resilient return element intended for exerting a pressure of the blocking element on the braking element, thus allowing the relative holding of the door in open position in any given position between the closed and fully-open positions.
