Multi-link door hinge
A multi-link door hinge is proposed. The multi-link door hinge includes: a main body frame provided in a main body of an apparatus having a door; a door frame provided on the door; a body frame rotatably connected to one side portion of the main body frame; an inner link and an outer link rotatably connecting the door frame to the body frame; a leaf spring link rotatably connecting the main body frame to the outer link; an upper cam coupled to a portion connecting the body frame to the inner link in a co-rotatable manner, provided between first and second side portions of a sidewall of the inner link, and securely coupled to the body frame; an upper elastic member having a first side portion provided inside the inner link and a second side portion rollably coupled to the upper cam and elastically supporting the door frame.
REFRIGERATOR
A refrigerator has an appliance body and at least one door pivotably mounted on the appliance body, the door being pivotably supported between a closed position and a maximum open position via at least one multi-pivot hinge and abutting the appliance body in the closed position via at least one seal, wherein the at least one multi-pivot hinge comprises a mounting element supported on the appliance body and a hinge part which is fixed to the door and which are held pivotably against one another via a joint mechanism with a plurality of joint levers, an adjusting device being provided on the mounting element, which has a fastening part fixed to the appliance body and an adjustment element by means of which the position of the mounting element relative to the fastening part can be adjusted in at least one spatial direction.
Door hinge and storage unit including such a door hinge
A hinge for a door of a storage unit and a method of repairing a storage unit that includes a pivotable door. The hinge including a first bracket and a second bracket. The hinge further including a linking mechanism for coupling the second bracket to the first bracket so that the second bracket is able to translate and rotate relative to the first bracket, wherein a maximum amount of rotation of the second bracket relative to the first bracket is not determined solely by operation of the linking mechanism.
Door arrangement for an aircraft, and aircraft
An aircraft door arrangement, comprising a door pivotable between closed and open positions, a frame section in a door opening region, and an articulation arrangement connecting the door and frame section. First and second arms are mounted on the frame section, rotatable about first and second axes, respectively. Third and fourth arms are mounted on the door, rotatable about third and fourth axes, respectively. The second arm, at a first position, is rotatably coupled to the fourth arm about a fifth axis, and at a second position, closer to the second axis, is rotatably coupled to the third arm about a sixth axis. The third arm, at a third position, is rotatably coupled to the first arm about a seventh axis, and at a fourth position, closer to the third axis, is rotatably coupled to the second arm about the sixth axis. All axes are oriented substantially parallel.
GUIDE SYSTEM FOR GUIDING AT LEAST ONE MOVABLY MOUNTED DOOR LEAF
A guide system for guiding a door wing includes a first guide rail for guiding the door wing, and a second guide rail for guiding the door wing, with the second guide rail extending transversely relative to the first guide rail. A carrier displaceable along the second guide rail is connected or is to be connected to the door wing via at least three furniture hinges spaced from one another in the mounted condition. All furniture hinges, by which the door wing can be connected or is connected to the carrier in the mounted condition, are arranged or can be arranged on a common mounting member separate from the carrier. The mounting member is releasably connected to the carrier by a fastening device, and the mounting member is releasably connected to the carrier in a direction extending transversely to a longitudinal axis of the carrier.
FURNITURE HINGE
A furniture hinge includes a first fitting portion to be fixed to a furniture part or a carrier movably-supported relative to a furniture carcass, a second fitting portion to be fixed to a movably-supported furniture part, and a hinge mechanism connecting the fitting portions. The hinge mechanism has a least five hinge axis members, and includes a supporting lever directly connecting the fitting portions. The hinge mechanism includes a control mechanism for controlling a motion sequence between the first and second fitting portions. The control mechanism is separate from the supporting lever and has at least three control levers hingedly connected together. A first control lever is connected to the first fitting portion via a hinge axis member, a second control lever is connected to the second fitting portion via a hinge axis member, and a third control lever connects the first control lever and the second control lever.
Articulating wire chase for use with an articulating hinge for an appliance door
A hinge assembly for a refrigerating appliance includes a door engaging member that is configured to attach to a door panel through an operational path of the door engaging member. A cabinet engaging member is configured to attach to a structural cabinet. An articulating mechanism extending between the door engaging member and the cabinet engaging member. The articulating mechanism partially defines the operational path of the door engaging member. An articulating wire chase that is coupled to the cabinet engaging member and slidably coupled to the articulating mechanism at a guide slot. The articulating mechanism is operable between a collapsed position and an extended position. Operation of the articulating mechanism operates the articulating wire chase between a serpentine position and an elongated position.
Hinge assembly
A flush-mount refrigerator is provided that includes a cabinet defining a compartment and including a pair of side walls that extends forwardly of the compartment. A pair of doors is coupled to the cabinet and positioned on either side of a centerline of the cabinet. The pair of doors are spaced apart by a predetermined spacing. A storage feature is positioned within the compartment of the cabinet and movable between an extended position and a recessed position when one or both of the pair of doors is in an open position. A hinge assembly is coupled to the cabinet and to one of the pair of doors. The hinge assembly includes a six-link mechanism that keeps the door within a predefined distance of at least one side wall when the door is moved from a closed position to the open position.
Hinge assembly
A refrigerator is provided herein. The refrigerator includes a cabinet defining a compartment. A door is configured to seal the compartment and is operable between open and closed positions. A hinge assembly is operably coupled to the cabinet and to the door. The hinge assembly includes a first link coupled to the cabinet. A second link is pivotable about the first link. A third link is pivotable about the second link and a fourth link. The fourth link is further coupled to the door. A fifth link is pivotable about the second link and the fourth link.
