The present disclosure a hinge blade structure comprises two hinge blades, a connection sleeve, a fixed rod, a screw sleeve, a plug, a damping positioning pull rod, and an air cylinder. The damping positioning pull rod and the air cylinder are both disposed in the connection sleeve and disposed between the fixed rod and the plug, the air cylinder is relatively secured to the plug, the damping positioning pull rod is relatively secured to the screw sleeve, the damping positioning pull rod is slidably connected to an inner side of the air cylinder along a length direction of the connection sleeve, the damping positioning pull rod and the air cylinder cooperate to define an air chamber, the air cylinder comprises an air chamber vent through hole and an air inlet, and a resistance force generated between the air chamber and the damping positioning pull rod achieves positioning.

Sliding door system capable of inline closure and capable of use with corner openings
11105132 · 2021-08-31 · ·

A sliding door system for inline closure of an opening in the wall of a structure, which may be a building or an item of furniture, for example, that includes a door panel, a guiderail assembly, and a guiderail coupled to the wall mount via a plurality of doubled-hinge assemblies that together serve to allow the guiderail to pivot towards and away from the wall, and includes a stop on the guiderail that serves as a catch, or cam, that causes a closing force on the door panel to be transferred to the double-hinge assemblies and to cause the door panel to be pulled into inline closure in the opening.

Sealing system for a conditioned door threshold

Embodiments of the invention provide a sealing system configured to provide a sealed boundary between a conditioned and an uncontrolled or separately conditioned environment. In some examples, the sealing system may comprise a door, a conditioning device, and a seal assembly. The door may be moveable between an opened position and a closed position. The seal assembly may be coupled to the door and have an airflow path. When the door is in the closed position, the conditioning device may be configured to direct conditioned air into the airflow path, thereby urging conditioned air through the seal to inhibit undesirable door and/or adjacent surface conditions.

DOOR LOCK WITH IDENTIFICATION VERIFICATION SYSTEM

The system of the present invention is comprises of one or more door lock units, a data exchange system, and a clerk user interface. The door lock units are mounted to the cooler doors and prevent the doors from opening to allow access to the alcoholic products without authorization. These door lock units include a mechanical locking mechanism, an identification scanner/reader, and a display. The door lock units receives power from a power supply (with a back up power supply standing ready) and communicates wired or wirelessly with a data server and router combination. The data server and router combination also communicates with a clerk user interface, which may be in the form of a tablet, smart phone, laptop, or other computing device.

Provided is an angle-adjustable positioning and self-closing hinge for a highly sealed door, comprising a hinge part, a fixing base, a fixing bar, a threaded sleeve, a threaded ring, a plug, and an adjustment socket; the hinge part is provided with a bushing and a leaf; the fixing base is provided with a bushing; the fixing bar has a screw; a threaded sleeve is fastened inside the bushing, the plug is fastened inside the bushing, and the threaded sleeve and plug are spaced apart; between the threaded sleeve and plug in the two bushings are disposed the fixing bar, the two magnets, two springs, and the adjustment base; the screw of the fixing bar is screwed to the threaded sleeve.

Thermal door release system
10760321 · 2020-09-01 ·

A thermal door release system is provided that includes a plurality of temperature sensors arranged within multiple environments; a controller; and a release apparatus; wherein the controller, using data from the temperature sensors, monitors the temperatures of the individual environments and when a temperature for an environment reaches a set temperature threshold for that environment, causes an action such as the release apparatus to operate a door to a specified position. The set points and actions to be taken can be set per environment by a user, such that different environments will have different set points. In an embodiment, the system can support staged logic such that at various different user-defined set point temperatures for an environment, specified actions can be taken, for example, sending an email to the facilities manager when the temperature is significantly above normal and closing the door when it reaches a higher set point value.

Insulated doors with restorable breakaway sections

A door includes a panel assembly including a leading panel and a trailing panel. The leading panel is to be in substantially coplanar alignment with the trailing panel when the panel assembly is in a normal configuration. The leading panel is to be angularly displaced out of coplanar alignment with the trailing panel when the panel assembly is in a dislodged configuration. The door further includes a tension member to connect the leading panel to the trailing panel. The tension member is to resiliently urge the leading panel and the trailing panel toward each other in a horizontal direction. The tension member is to resiliently urge the panel assembly toward the normal configuration when the panel assembly is in the dislodged configuration.
