Door handle attachment
A door handle attachment is provided having (1) at least one lateral support member, (2) a handle ridge, and (3) an adhesive backside. The lateral support members are coupled along one longitudinal edge at a substantially right angle to the handle ridge, such that the handle ridge rises up away from the lateral support members. The adhesive backside is formed from the posterior surface, i.e. the underside of the lateral support members, and is substantially coated with an adhesive.
SCREEN DOOR KIT FOR PATIO SLIDING GLASS DOORS THAT SWING OUT
A screen door kit for patio sliding glass doors that swing out structured and arranged to replace the sliding screen doors associated with sliding glass patio doors with a traditional, hinged screen door that is sold as an easy-to-install kit thereby eliminating the problems of sliding screen doors, which tend to come off their tracks or get stuck.
Sliding screen door
A sliding screen door assembly includes a door panel having an outer frame and a screen portion. A sliding assembly slidably couples an upper portion of the outer frame of the door panel to a portion of a wall adjacent a doorway and the sliding assembly facilitates a horizontal sliding of the door panel relative the doorway between a closed position in which the door panel substantially covers the doorway and an open position in which the door panel is located substantially to a side of the doorway. A first barrier member is located above the sliding assembly and a second barrier member is located below the sliding assembly.
DOOR CLOSER WITH A DOORJAMB MOUNTING PLATE
A door closer with a doorjamb mounting plate is a screen door closer or a closer for a similar purposes that has an enlarged door jamb bracket that is attached with at least eight fasteners and has an integrally attached extension that allows for pivotally connecting the extendable arm of a spring loaded or gas tube closer. The closer attaches to the door or the lid and the extension on the enlarged door jamb bracket is optimally designed and angled to reduce stress on the door jamb.
Motorized window venting insert
A window venting insert, including a main housing, for use within a window assembly having a casement an upper window panel and a lower window panel, the lower window panel may be opened to create a window opening. A screen panel extends within the main housing an allows air flow through the main housing. A movable solid panel has a closed position where it selectively blocks the screen panel to prevent air flow therethrough. A motor mechanism and a control unit cooperate to determine appropriate times and ambient temperatures for moving the movable solid panel to the closed position.
Opposing door opener
A track-guided power door operator used to simultaneously open a set of opposing hinged doors is disclosed. The door operator comprises a pair of articulated arm linkages, each pair of which is pivotally mounted at one end to a vertically oriented pivot pin at one end of a guide member and pivotally connected at the other end to a vertically oriented pivot pin of a yoke member of a translating carriage, which is engaged by a horizontal lead screw. Translation of the carriage member due to rotation of the lead screw causes lateral separation between the knuckles of the articulated arm pairs to cause doors contacted by the knuckles to rotate about their respective hinges. The door operator may include a control unit to control operation of the doors. The operator may further include magnetic latches to lock the doors closed.

Automated sliding door closing system for wire mesh enclosures
An automated sliding door closing system to be used with wire mesh enclosures. The door closing system includes support brackets with wire mesh connected between the support brackets. A sliding door track is connected to the support brackets. Sliding door connection bolts slide within the sliding door track and support a sliding door. A spring biased closing mechanism is connected to the sliding door track. The spring biased closing mechanism is biased to keep the sliding door closed. A door roller track is rigidly connected to the sliding door. A connection arm is connected between the spring biased closing mechanism and the door roller track. The connection arm includes a roller inserted into the door roller track. A strike plate is rigidly connected to one of the wire mesh support brackets. The connection arm rotates to close the sliding door after the sliding door has been opened.
SLIDING SCREEN DOOR
A sliding screen door assembly is disclosed. This sliding screen door assembly includes a door panel having an outer frame and a screen portion.
LIFTING APPARATUS FOR A FLEXIBLE DIVIDER
A lifting apparatus is provided. The lifting apparatus includes a lifting cable supported relative to the ceiling structure, the lifting cable extending along a vertical direction and attaching to a lift point on the flexible divider. The lifting cable is retractable in the vertical direction to lift the flexible divider from a lowered configuration to a raised configuration. The lifting apparatus further includes a guiding element for guiding a position of the lifting cable along a horizontal direction while the flexible divider moves between the lowered configuration and the raised configuration. The guiding element is movably mounted to the ceiling structure to move between a first horizontal position when the flexible divider is in the lowered configuration, and a second horizontal position when the flexible divider is in the raised configuration.
