WINDOW REVEAL SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A window reveal kit can include a window, a first connector, and at least one reveal trim. The window has an outer side, an inner side, and a frame portion about a perimeter of the window. The first connector can be formed on the frame portion, on the inner side of the window. The at least one reveal trim can have a second connector that is configured to engage the first connector so that the reveal trim extends from the first connector.
DOOR FRAME AND A DOOR FRAME COMPONENT THEREOF
A door frame and a door frame component thereof. The door frame component includes an elongate body having first and second opposite sides which are structurally distinct from one another; the first side having a door stop which comprises an abutment for engaging by a door; the second side being configured for engaging a wall; and a third side extending across the first and second sides, wherein, a decorative portion is integrally formed on the third side, which extends beyond the second side in a direction away from the door stop such that the decorative portion and the second side embraces adjoining sides of said wall structure.
A Precast Building Component and Window Frame System and A Method of Manufacturing a Precast Building Component and Window Frame System
A method and a precast building component and window frame system. The method comprising: positioning a window frame within a window opening of a precast building component, wherein the precast building component comprises solidified settable material; forming a void between the window frame and the precast building component, wherein the void surrounds the window frame; wherein barrier material is placed within the gap between opposing surfaces of the window frame and the precast building component to form a boundary of the void; filling the void with a settable adhesive sealant; wherein the settable adhesive sealant, once set, provides a continuous seal that surrounds the window frame and supports the window frame within the window opening.

Water intrusion prevention method and apparatus
A method and device are presented that creates a channel adjacent a nailing flange of a window in between the window and the rough opening that receives the window. The channel is created by establishing a barrier that prevents foam insulation inserted into the space between the window and the rough opening from reaching the nailing flange. The channel then ensures proper drainage of water that enters the window cavity down to the window sill. A gasket is presented that can be attached to the window or the rough opening to create the barrier. Alternatively, a disintegrating object or a wicking object can be used to impede the flow of insulation foam and to create the appropriate channel. The present invention is equally applicable to doors or other framed objects received into the exterior shell of a building.

Foundation window assembly and method for installing a foundation window frame into a foundation wall
The present disclosure concerns a foundation window assembly comprising a window frame comprising a plurality of frame members, and at least one casing connector arranged on at least one of said plurality of frame members; and a window casing comprising a plurality of casing members defining together a frame-receiving opening, wherein at least one of said plurality of casing members defines a frame-abutting shoulder at least partially delimited by a casing flange portion and a frame-engaging portion. A frame-engaging recess is formed in the frame-engaging portion, the frame-engaging recess at least partially circumscribing the frame-receiving opening, the casing connector being removably engageable into the frame-engaging recess when the window frame is inserted into the frame-receiving opening. The present disclosure also concerns a method for installing a foundation window frame into a foundation wall.
