LADDER ASSEMBLY
A ladder assembly for use with a tree or other vertical support includes a first tube and a second tube that is nestable within the first tube. The second tube includes at least one movable step that is movable to one end of the tube to enable almost full insertion of the second tube into the first tube for compact storage and, when the tubes are separated from one another, the movable step is movable to the other end of the tube to provide an ideal step position for a climber. The ladder assembly achieves the same functionality as a telescoping pole but with fewer tube sections because the tubes are separable.
EXTENDABLE WALKTHROUGH DEVICE FOR LADDERS
Various embodiments of ladders and ladder components are provided. In one embodiment, a ladder includes a first rail, a second rail spaced apart from the first rail, and a plurality of rungs extending between and coupled to the first rail and the second rail. A walkthrough device may include a first component having a sleeve coupled to the first rail and a pole a pole slidably coupled to the sleeve between at least two positions including a retracted position and an extended position. In some embodiments, the sleeve may be fixedly coupled with the first rail and intended to remain attached (e.g., not intended for removal by a user). In another embodiment, the first component may be removably attached to the first rail so that a user may utilize and employ the device, and subsequently remove it, as desired.

Top cap for multi-position ladder
An multi-position ladder is disclosed that includes an adjustable top cap that provides a tool or material tool tray when the ladder is in a stepladder position and provides a step when the ladder is in an extension ladder position is disclosed. The top cap generally comprises a rigid frame extending between the adjustable hinges of the multi-position ladder with a tool or utility tray and a step surface on opposing sides. The tool tray is parallel to the ladder rungs when the ladder is in a stepladder position, and the step surface provides a generally planar surface parallel the rungs when the ladder is in an extension position. The rigid frame of the top cap adds strength to the adjustment hinge and to the multi-position ladder. Embodiments allow for 12-inch hinge spacing, adding one foot reach in the extension position and six inch reach to the stepladder.

Three section extension ladder and method
An extension ladder including a base section having two side rails with rungs spanning horizontally between them. The extension ladder including an intermediate fly section having two side rails with rungs spanning horizontally between them. The intermediate fly section slidably attached to the base section. The extension ladder including a top fly section having two side rails with rungs spanning horizontally between them, the top fly section sliding attached to the intermediate fly section with the intermediate fly section disposed between the base and the top fly section. The extension ladder including a handle having a first strap portion attached to the base section having a first buckle portion, and a second strap portion attached to the top fly section having a second buckle portion that engages with the first buckle portion when the base section, intermediate fly section and top fly section are in a folded state. A method of moving an extension ladder.

TOP CAP AND ACCESSORY TRAY FOR LADDERS AND LADDERS INCORPORATING SAME
Embodiments of ladders, top caps and ladder accessories are provided herein. In accordance with one embodiment, a ladder includes a first pair of spaced apart rails having one or more rungs extending between and coupled with the first pair of spaced apart rails. The ladder further includes a second pair of spaced apart rails. A top cap is coupled with either the first pair of spaced apart rails or the second pair of spaced apart rails. The top cap includes one or more retaining members that may include a lateral groove (e.g., a sidewall and a lip or abutment shoulder associated therewith) configured to hold a container such as a paint can. The retaining structure may be configured to hold the container in place even if the ladder is inadvertently tipped or jarred to the side.
DEVICE FOR PREVENTION OF LADDER USE
The invention, according to an embodiment, is a foldable, adjustable, and lockable cover for a plurality of rungs of a ladder. The device renders a ladder prohibitively difficult to climb. In an embodiment, the device is attached to a ladder using a lock, such as a bike lock or padlock, at a top portion of the device, rendering it difficult to for an unauthorized user to climb the ladder to cut any lock holding the device in place and/or remove the ladder.
