METHOD FOR PACKING FILLER MATERIAL
A method for filling a gap with a filler material, enabling prevention of inflow of the filler material into an air removing tool through its opening before complete removal of air from the gap, and enabling uniform filling of the gap with the filler material. The gap is between an existing conduit and a lining material provided inside the existing conduit. The method includes: inserting an air removing tool into an air removing hole bored through the lining material, and bringing a leading end face of the air removing tool into contact with the inner circumferential surface of the existing conduit; and injecting the filler material into the gap while expelling air from the gap through a leading end of the air removing tool, the air removing tool including, at its leading end, an air removing portion through which air is discharged.
Testing device for testing seals having anchoring feet
A testing device for testing seals, in particular tubbing seals, which seals have at least one anchoring foot. The testing device can be easily and cost-effectively adjusted to various seals by using plates with a recess, in which correspondingly configured plate elements are detachably inserted, so that different groove shapes scan be reproduced. The recess thus acts as a kind of “universal groove”, which can be adjusted to the respective geometry of the sealing profile to be tested by means of the plate elements, if necessary with the assistance of a curing or curable material.
Tunnel adaptive lining structure in complex environment and construction method thereof
The disclosure discloses an adaptive lining structure of a tunnel in complex environment and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of tunnel construction, comprising a lining, a pressure regulating layer and a connecting cylinder; wherein the pressure regulating layer is provided between the lining and a surrounding rock; and the connecting cylinder is provided in the tunnel and runs through the top of the lining. The adaptive lining structure of a tunnel in complex environment and the construction method in the disclosure are simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient for efficient construction; it can deal with engineering problems such as lining cracking caused by high internal water and high external water in the tunnel, and can ensure the safety of tunnel lining in different periods.
METHOD OF PREVENTING LEAKAGE OF AIR INSIDE UNDERGROUND CAVERN
The water-insoluble filler in the form of bubbles is provided into the underground cavern. Then, the filler thus provided is allowed to adhere to a bottom surface and a lower wall surface of the underground cavern to permeate thereinto. Subsequently, the filler having permeated is cured. Here, the water-insoluble filler in the form of bubbles may be provided again into the underground cavern. Moreover, water is poured into the underground cavern to float up the filler. The filler having floated up is allowed to adhere to an upper wall surface and a ceiling surface of the underground cavern to permeate thereinto. Thereafter, the filler having permeated is cured. Here, when the filler is allowed to permeate an inner surface of the underground cavern, a pressure inside the underground cavern may be increased. Additionally, when the filler is cured, a temperature inside the underground cavern may be increased.
Tunnel waterproofing composition and system
Disclosed are methods, compositions, and composition packages for spray-coating a membrane for waterproofing a concrete tunnel applications. After primer coating is applied onto a surface in the tunnel, the coating composition is sprayed to form a membrane, and then concrete is cast or sprayed against the membrane so that it can bond to the membrane. Coating compositions comprise two or more acrylate monomers, as well as initiator, accelerator, and optional additive. Preferably, the coating composition is established by using a two-part package, one part having initiator, the other part having accelerator, and each part containing the monomers and optional additives so that the two parts can be shipped to the application site and mixed in a 1:1 ratio during spraying. The waterproofing coating composition provides excellent bonding with concrete.

CORROSION-RESISTANT FLUID MEMBRANE
A corrosion-resistant cover system, having a corrosion-resistant cover structured and configured to be arrangeable around an object having one or more metallic surfaces that are susceptible to corrosion. The corrosion-resistant cover is operable to provide increased corrosion resistance to the object by preventing contact between the one or more metallic surfaces and ambient conditions exterior to the corrosion-resistant cover.
Gas containment system
A gas containment system can include a gas barrier layer forming a capsule. The gas barrier layer can be made up of a particulate swelling clay, a non-swelling particulate material mixed with the particulate swelling clay, water, and a water-soluble polyol. The water can hydrate the particulate swelling clay and form a continuous liquid phase in the gas barrier layer. The water-soluble polyol can be dissolved in the water. The gas containment system can further include a gas retained inside the capsule.

Device and Method for Accurately Fixing Internal Waterstop in Lakebed Tunnel
The invention discloses a device and a method for accurately fixing an internal waterstop in a lakebed tunnel, comprising two supporting bars arranged in parallel, two transverse clamping bars arranged in parallel between the supporting bars, vertical clamping bars arranged on the transverse clamping bars, wherein the supporting bars, the transverse clamping bars and the vertical clamping bars are mutually perpendicular, at least two vertical clamping bars are arranged on each transverse clamping bar, and the vertical clamping bars are arranged at the inner side of the transverse clamping bars. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: With vertical clamping bars that clamp the waterstop, the invention can limit the movement and rotational degree of freedom of the waterstop within in the space, to avoid displacement of the waterstop, thus making the construction more productive.
