The diaphragm may be configured to move in response to a pressure being communicated through the opening, and the pin may be configured to at least one of extend or retract from the pin aperture in response to the diaphragm moving. The diaphragm latch may passively couple an inner fixed structure (IFS) to an intermediate case (IMC) during an overpressure event.

At least one of the struts has an airfoil body with a hollow core. The airfoil body has opposed pressure and suction sides extending chordwise from a leading edge to a trailing edge and spanwise from a radially inner end to a radially outer end. The radially inner end of the strut has a strut wall extension that extends through the inner case to a location radially inward of the inner case relative to the central axis.

A turbine exhaust case (TEC) has an outer case and an inner case structurally interconnected by a plurality of circumferentially spaced-apart struts. At least one of the struts has an airfoil body with a hollow core. The airfoil body has opposed pressure and suction sides extending chordwise from a leading edge to a trailing edge and spanwise from a radially inner end to a radially outer end. The radially inner end of the strut has a strut wall extension that extends through the inner case to a location radially inward of the inner case relative to the central axis.

SPLIT-LINE STATOR VANE ASSEMBLY

A compressor section includes a compressor casing that has an upper casing portion coupled to a lower casing portion such that a split-line is defined between the upper casing portion and the lower casing portion. A split-line stator vane assembly includes a first split-line stator vane that has a first shank with a first platform portion and a first mounting portion extends radially outward of the first platform portion. A first airfoil extends radially inward of the platform portion. The first platform portion includes a protrusion that extends circumferentially beyond the split-line. A second split-line stator vane having second shank with a second platform portion and a second mounting portion extends radially outward of the second platform portion. A second airfoil extends radially inward of the second platform portion. The second platform portion includes a recess that extends circumferentially away from the split-line.

The invention relates to an assembly comprising a turbomachine casing (7) and a nozzle made of ceramic matrix composite material having a blade (21), the frontside and backside surfaces of which delimit an internal cavity, and which is connected at its radially external end by a connecting part (31) of the nozzle to the casing (7), said connecting part (31) extending substantially radially outwards, the blade (21) and said connecting part (31) being formed in one piece, said assembly being characterized in that the connecting part (31) is fastened to a first radial wall (51) integral with the casing (7) by fastening means (53).

GAS TURBINE ENGINE WITH FLUID CIRCUIT AND EJECTOR

A gas turbine engine is provided having a static structure including a flowpath wall. A fluid circuit is extended through the flowpath wall and includes a first inlet opening in fluid communication with a first cavity to receive a first flow of fluid through the fluid circuit. The static structure includes an ejector positioned at the fluid circuit, in which the ejector includes a second inlet opening in fluid communication with a second cavity to receive a second flow of fluid through the ejector and into the fluid circuit.

A gas turbine engine is provided having a static structure including a flowpath wall. A fluid circuit is extended through the flowpath wall and includes a first inlet opening in fluid communication with a first cavity to receive a first flow of fluid through the fluid circuit. The static structure includes an ejector positioned at the fluid circuit, in which the ejector includes a second inlet opening in fluid communication with a second cavity to receive a second flow of fluid through the ejector and into the fluid circuit.

Provided is a turbine housing (10) having: a housing part (11) that forms a spiral space (S5) extending around a rotating shaft (40); a heat-shielding core (12) which is disposed in the spiral space (S5) and forms a spiral exhaust gas flow passage (S6) in which exhaust gas introduced from an exhaust gas introduction port flows; and a variable nozzle mechanism (13) that guides the exhaust gas to a turbine wheel, wherein heat-shielding spaces (S1, S2, S3) are formed between the inner circumferential surface of the housing part (11) and the outer circumferential surface of the heat-shielding core (12), and wherein the heat-shielding core (12) has a first flange part (12d) and a second flange part (12e) and is fixed between the variable nozzle mechanism (13) and the housing part (11) while a first sealing (14) is interposed between the first flange part (12d) and the variable nozzle mechanism (13).
