A prime mover control device of a work vehicle equipped with a torque converter includes: a speed ratio calculation unit that calculates a speed ratio of the torque converter; and a rotational speed limit unit that, when a speed ratio falls within a preset speed ratio range, limits a maximum rotational speed of the prime mover to be lower as compared with a maximum rotational speed set when a speed ratio falls without the preset speed ratio range. When a state in which the speed ratio calculated by the speed ratio calculation unit falls within the preset speed ratio range is maintained for a predetermined time period, the rotational speed limit unit changes a maximum rotational speed of the prime mover to a higher maximum rotational speed than the limited maximum rotational speed limited to be lower by the rotational speed limit unit.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING COOLANT CIRCULATING IN ENGINE
The present disclosure provides a method and system, for controlling a coolant circulating in an engine, including: selecting a reference inlet temperature for a coolant flowing through a coolant inlet of an engine; controlling an open rate of the coolant control valve unit based on the reference inlet temperature; sensing an actual inlet temperature of the coolant flowing through the coolant inlet of the engine; sensing an actual outlet temperature of a coolant flowing through a coolant outlet of the engine; calculating a difference value between the actual inlet temperature and the actual outlet temperature; and varying the reference inlet temperature according to the difference value.
THERMAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR TRANSFERRING HEAT BETWEEN FLUIDS
A thermal management system for transferring heat between fluids includes a thermal transport bus through which a heat exchange fluid flows. Additionally, the system includes a heat source heat exchanger arranged along the bus such that heat is added to the fluid flowing through the heat source heat exchanger. Moreover, the system includes a plurality of heat sink heat exchangers arranged along the bus such that heat is removed from the fluid flowing through the plurality of heat sink heat exchangers. Furthermore, the system includes a bypass conduit fluidly coupled to the bus such that the bypass conduit allows the fluid to bypass one of the heat source heat exchanger or one of the heat sink heat exchangers. In addition, the system includes a valve configured to control a flow of the fluid through the bypass conduit based on a pressure of the fluid within the bus.
Control Device and Method for Cooling System
A cooling system of an internal combustion engine includes a flow channel switching valve for sequentially switching between a plurality of cooling water passages so as to distribute cooling water to at least one cooling water passage. When a control device for the cooling system switches between the cooling water passages by controlling the flow channel switching valve in accordance with the progress of warm-up of the internal combustion engine, the control device suppresses the distribution rate of the cooling water to the cooling water passage to which the distribution of the cooling water is just started.
Cooling apparatus for internal combustion engine
A cooling apparatus for an internal combustion engine includes a pump, a radiator, a flow rate adjustment valve, a bypass passage, and a controller. The flow rate adjustment valve includes a valve member that rotates to change an open degree of the flow rate adjustment valve and a valve member biasing component that biases the valve member in a valve-closing direction in which the open degree decreases. The valve member rotates in a valve-opening direction in which the open degree increases when a pressure difference increases between positions upstream and downstream of the valve member in a flow direction of coolant in the circulation circuit and rotate in the valve-closing direction when the pressure difference decreases. The controller increases the pump discharge amount as a target radiator flow rate that is a target of an amount of coolant passing through the radiator increases.
Method for cleaning cooling system of a work machine and system thereof
A control system for controlling a work machine includes an engine for producing power to propel the work machine during a normal operating mode, a cooling system for cooling at least the engine during the normal operating mode, and a controller for controlling the cleaning system during the normal operating mode and a clean operating mode. During the normal operating mode, the engine is running and the controller operably controls a cooling fan of the cooling system to rotate in a first rotational direction to produce a first air flow in a first direction. During the clean operating mode, the engine is not running and the controller operably controls the cooling fan to rotate in a second rotational direction to produce a second air flow in a second direction. The first rotational direction is opposite the second rotational direction, and the first direction is opposite the second direction.

A staple cartridge comprising a cartridge body, staples, and a sled is disclosed. The cartridge body comprises a longitudinal slot separating the cartridge body into a first lateral side and a second lateral side. The cartridge body further comprises a first longitudinal row of staple cavities defined in the first lateral side and a second longitudinal row of staple cavities defined in the first lateral side. The staple cavities of the first longitudinal row of staple cavities are angled toward the longitudinal slot. Gaps are present between the staple cavities in the first longitudinal row of staple cavities. The staple cavities of the second longitudinal row of staple cavities are angled toward the longitudinal slot. The staple cavities of the second longitudinal row of staple cavities are laterally aligned with the gaps. The staples are removably stored in the first and second longitudinal rows of staple cavities.

To estimate an engine cooling water temperature, four learned neural networks (150A, 150B, 150C, and 150D) are stored, in which weights are learned for the four states of whether the grille shutter (50) is opened and whether air blown by the blower (63) circulates through the air-conditioning use heater (65). The engine cooling water temperature is estimated using any one of the learned neural networks selected from among the four learned neural networks (150A, 150B, 150C, and 150D). An abnormality of the engine cooling water recirculation system is detected based on the estimated value of the engine cooling water temperature.
