An air intake device includes: a valve body which includes a rotating shaft; a bearing member which rotatably supports the rotating shaft of the valve body; and an air intake port which includes a concave portion on which the bearing member is disposed, wherein the bearing member includes a positioning portion for positioning the bearing member with respect to the concave portion of the air intake port, facing surfaces which extend from the positioning portion along the concave portion of the air intake port and face each other in an inward radial direction of the rotating shaft with respect to the concave portion, with a gap therebetween, and protruding portions which protrude toward the concave portion of the air intake port from the facing surfaces and seal the gap.
Variable intake system
A variable intake system includes a pair of surge tanks connected in a communicating manner to a main intake pipe through a low speed communication pipe and a high speed communication pipe, a middle speed communication pipe for connecting the pair of surge tanks, and a noise reducing member integrally provided at the middle speed communication pipe to reduce noise.

A fresh air supply system may include a housing that may include an upper housing part and a lower housing part and delimiting a housing interior. The system may also include at least one bearing part arranged in the housing interior and a shaft at least partially arranged and rotatably mounted in the at least one bearing part. The at least one bearing part, in a cross-section of the housing perpendicular to a rotation axis of the shaft, may be structured in a pot-like manner including a pot base. The lower housing part may include a lower housing part extension resting against a projection of the pot base such that a clamping connection is formable. The upper housing part may include at least one upper housing part extension which the at least one bearing part may rest against.

An intake device of an internal combustion engine, includes: a plurality of intake ports which have outer walls and partition walls and are adjacent to each other via the partition walls; a valve body which is provided in each of the intake ports, and switches a flow path of the intake port by rotation around a rotation shaft; a holding member which is installed on each of the outer walls and the partition walls; and a rolling bearing which is mounted on at least one of the holding members, and supports the valve body to be freely rotatable, wherein the holding member includes a wall surface between the rolling bearing and the valve body in a direction in which the rotation shaft extends.
Intake module of a fresh air system
An intake module of a fresh air system for an internal combustion engine may include a housing having openings through which fresh air is flowable, and a control device for controlling a cross-section of the openings. The control device may include at least one control staff rotationally mounted about an axis rotation on the housing by at least one bearing bracket, and at least one control valve rotationally fixed on the control shaft for at least one of the openings. The housing may have at least one bearing receiving portion having an insertion opening through which the bearing bracket may be inserted in an insertion direction oriented perpendicularly to the axis of rotation. The bearing bracket may have a first bearing part having a first bearing section on which the control shaft rests with a circumferential section, and a second bearing part having a second bearing section opposite the first bearing section on which the control shaft rests with a second circumferential section opposite the first circumferential section. The bearing parts may each have an inner surface facing one another in a transverse direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation and insertion direction, and at least one flat positioning surface extending perpendicularly to the transverse direction and raised from the inner surface. The positioning surfaces of the first and second bearing parts may rest flat against each other, and a gap may be formed in the transverse direction between the inner surfaces outside the positioning surfaces.
Air intake apparatus
In this air intake apparatus, a plurality of respective air intake ports include sealing surfaces that include inner wall surfaces with which valve bodies come into contact at the closed positions of the valve bodies, and the rotation angles of valve bodies located on a side relatively close to a drive source from their open positions to their closed positions are larger than the rotation angles of valve bodies located on a side relatively opposite to the drive source when a plurality of valve bodies are rotated from their open positions to their closed positions.

A variable intake system may include an air duct that guides intake air into an engine and a variable valve having a variable opening degree, to adjust an amount of the intake air, wherein the air duct includes a first inlet and a second inlet that may be opened to an outside, wherein the air duct has a first flow path having one end connected with the first inlet and a second flow path having one end connected with the second inlet, wherein the second flow path shares a part of the first flow path, wherein another end of the first flow path and another end of the second flow path share a same outlet, and wherein a length of the second flow path may be longer than a length of the first flow path.
Air intake control valve and air intake apparatus
The present air intake control valve includes a valve body and a seal portion being elastically deformable to seal between an inner wall surface of an air intake port and the valve body. The seal portion is formed in a bending configuration including a first hinge portion and a second hinge portion each serving as a supporting point upon elastic deformation of the seal portion. One of the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion is arranged at an upstream side of the air intake port and the other of the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion is arranged at a downstream side in a state where the valve body is at a closed position.
