The controller is configured to: control the fuel injection valve to stop supplying the fuel to the internal combustion engine, control the heater to execute or stop heating the fuel in the fuel injection valve, and control the fuel injection valve to prohibit the stop of supplying the fuel during execution of the heating by the heater.
