Fuel injection valve
A fuel injection valve is provided that can reduce variations in stroke length by reducing distortion during welding, and consequently can reduce variations in flow rate of injected fuel. The fuel injection valve has a nozzle; a fixed valve that is press-fit into a tip of the nozzle and has a fuel injection port from which the fuel is injected; and a movable element that forms a fuel seal section by abutting against the fixed valve, and opens and closes the fuel injection port. The fixed valve and the nozzle are fixed in place by welding at a position with no space due to press-fitting. A groove that serves as an empty space is provided in a continuation of a welded section that is formed in the fixed valve and the nozzle by the welding.
Arrangement
Arrangement comprising: a chamber that is formed between a first receptacle and a second receptacle for a rod-shaped element, wherein the receptacles open out to the chamber on opposite end-face sides thereof; a rod-shaped element that is accommodated in the receptacles via a respective section with radial play, in this regard with a receptacle radial play, the rod-shaped element passing through the chamber; and an annular body that is situated in the chamber and through which the rod-shaped element passes with radial play, in this regard an annular body radial play, wherein the annular body radial play is less than the receptacle radial play, wherein the arrangement has a first media side and a second media side that are connected to the chamber via the first receptacle and second receptacle, respectively, wherein the annular body is provided to be pressed into contact against an end-face side of the chamber.

Electronic unit injector shuttle valve
A shuttle valve for a control valve coupled to an electronic fuel injector is disclosed. The shuttle valve may include a shuttle valve first end including an armature attachment portion operably coupled to an armature of the control valve and a shuttle valve second end opposite the shuttle valve first end defining a sealing portion of the control valve including an annular sealing surface. A valve guide portion may extend axially along a portion of the shuttle valve between the first and second ends. Furthermore, an engagement surface portion may be defined along the valve guide portion that is slidably engaged with a valve bore. Moreover, the shuttle valve may include a non-engagement surface portion defined along the valve guide portion, wherein the non-engagement surface is a non-continuous surface around a circumference of the valve guide portion and wherein the non-engagement surface is interspersed between portions of the engagement surface.
INJECTOR FOR INJECTING FUEL
A fuel injector having a seat plate with a passage throttle; a valve insert arranged at a first side of the seat plate; a valve guide surrounding the valve insert and adapted for slidable reception of the valve insert; a spring sheath surrounding at least a section of a jet needle arranged at a second side of the valve insert, the second side opposite the first side and the seat plate; a valve chamber fluidly connected to the passage throttle; a control chamber adapted for reception of fuel; and a line arranged in the valve insert connecting the control chamber and the valve chamber to one another, wherein the line is closeable by placement of the valve insert onto the spring sheath.
Fuel pump and outlet valve thereof
An outlet valve includes an outlet valve housing with an outlet valve bore including an outlet valve seating surface. The outlet valve also includes an outlet valve member which moves within the outlet valve bore second portion between a closed position and an open position. A surface of the outlet valve bore guides the outlet valve member during movement between the closed position and the open position. The surface of the outlet valve bore and the outlet valve seating surface are provided on a continuous piece of material of the outlet valve housing. An outlet valve spring biases the outlet valve member toward the closed position and a retainer is fixed to the outlet valve housing which grounds the outlet valve spring to the outlet valve housing.

A digital inlet valve is the complementary assembly of an armature module, a body module and an actuation module enabling direct control over an air gap between a magnetic armature and a pole piece body.
FUEL INJECTION VALVE
A fuel injection valve includes a valve body, a fixed core, a movable core, a holder, and a stopper. The movable core has an inner core that contacts the stopper, and an outer core press-fitted to an outer peripheral surface of the inner core. The outer core has, in a moving direction of the movable core, a press-fit region which is press-fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the inner core, and a non-press-fit region which is not press-fitted to the outer peripheral surface of the inner core and is adjacent to the press-fit region in the moving direction. Between the inner peripheral surface of the holder and the outer peripheral surface of the movable core, the smallest gap in the press-fit region is larger than the smallest gap in the non-press-fit region.
SOLENOID VALVE
A solenoid valve includes an inner stator and an outer stator that are part of a magnetic circuit. An armature is attracted toward the inner stator when a coil is energized. A spring biases the armature in a direction away from the inner stator. A rod is integrally formed with the armature and integrally reciprocates with the armature. A guide guides reciprocation of the rod. A valve operates by following the rod to open and close a fuel/liquid passage. The spring and sliding portions between the rod and the guide are arranged within a recess portion formed in the inner stator and arranged in parallel to each other while overlapping in the axial direction.
Electromagnetic actuator of a valve device
An electromagnetic actuator of a valve device, in particular in a common rail system of a motor vehicle, comprising an armature for actuating a valve element located in a duct, said armature being arranged in a housing and being movable axially along a longitudinal axis of the actuator when an excitation coil is energized, further comprising a pole core, characterized in that the electromagnetic actuator is designed as an electromagnetic adhesive system that comprises a plate-type armature which entirely covers planar end faces of the pole core that extend orthogonally to the longitudinal axis.
