A pump fluid end comprising a discharge valve assembly comprising a discharge valve seat and a discharge valve body, a suction valve assembly comprising a suction valve seat and a suction valve body, and a reciprocating element, wherein an inside diameter of the discharge valve seat is greater than an outside diameter of the suction valve body, the suction valve seat, the reciprocating element, or a combination thereof.
Pump Fluid End with Suction Valve Closure Assist
A pump fluid end having a reciprocating element a discharge valve assembly, a suction valve assembly, and a suction valve stop. The reciprocating element is disposed at least partially within a reciprocating element bore of the pump fluid end. The suction valve assembly is coupled with a front end of the reciprocating element. The suction valve stop is positioned within the reciprocating element bore such that the suction valve stop contacts and applies a closing force to the suction valve assembly when the suction valve assembly is stuck open at the end of a discharge stroke of the reciprocating element.
Flexible Manifold for Reciprocating Pump
A pump comprising a bore pump fluid end having a reciprocating element bore, a discharge valve assembly comprising a discharge valve seat and a discharge valve body, and a suction valve assembly comprising a suction valve seat and a suction valve body; a hollow, cylindrical reciprocating element; a hollow reciprocating element adapter comprising a first end having a fluid inlet opposite a second end having a fluid outlet, wherein the second end of the reciprocating element adapter is connected to and in fluid communication with the fluid intake end of the reciprocating element; a pump power end having a push rod connected to the first end of the reciprocating element adapter; and a movable manifold comprising a reciprocating element end and a fluid intake end, wherein the reciprocating element end of the movable manifold is connected to and in fluid communication with the fluid inlet of the reciprocating element adapter.
PISTON PUMP FOR A HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING DEVICE
A piston pump for a high pressure cleaning device is provided, having a pump housing, which includes a first housing part and a second housing part. The first housing part forms a suction conduit and a pressure conduit, and the second housing part forms a plurality of pump chambers each in flow connection with the suction conduit by an inlet channel and with the pressure conduit by way of an outlet channel. The first insert part includes an inlet valve seat and a guide member arranged offset from said inlet valve seat. The inlet closing body includes an inlet valve stem that adjoins the inlet valve plate and is displaceably mounted on the guide member. The first insert part includes an annular inlet valve seat body that points toward the pump chamber and forms the inlet valve seat, wherein the guide member is arranged upstream of the inlet valve seat.
Pump valve seat with supplemental retention
A valve seat comprising a primary retention component to retain the valve seat in a valve seat housing upon seating of the valve seat in the valve seat housing, and a secondary retention component to at least temporarily retain the valve seat in the valve seat housing during seating of the valve seat in the valve seat housing, whereafter the valve seat is primarily retained in the valve seat housing via the primary retention component.
Spring controlling valve
A valve member for a spring-loaded valve assembly includes a top portion having a spring retaining recess, the spring retaining recess extending into the top portion to form a void space, the void space to receive at least one coil of a spring, the spring retaining recess having a recess diameter that is smaller than a top portion diameter, wherein the recess diameter is larger than a rest diameter of a spring base including the coil, the spring retaining recess blocking expansion of the at least one coil when the spring is compressed. The valve member also includes a bottom portion coupled to the top portion. The valve member further includes a sealing element positioned axially below a shoulder of the top portion and legs coupled to the bottom portion.
FLUID END WITH SELECTIVELY COATED SURFACES
A fluid end includes a block, a suction bore formed in the block and having a suction valve disposed within the suction bore, and a discharge bore formed in the block and having a discharge valve disposed within the discharge bore. The fluid end also includes a plunger bore formed in the block and having a plunger disposed therein, the plunger moveable in a first direction and a second direction opposite the first direction such that the plunger draws fluid through the suction valve when the plunger moves in the first direction and forces fluid through the discharge valve when the plunger moves in a second direction. The fluid end further includes a seal pack configured to maintain sealing contact with the plunger as the plunger moves in the first direction or the second direction and a coating applied to the block between the seal pack and the block.
FLUID END OF A HYDRAULIC FLUID PUMP AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING THE SAME
A fluid end assembly of a hydraulic fluid pump includes a housing, a plug member, a lock cover, and at least one retention pin. The housing may include at least one bore. The plug member may be positioned at least partially within the at least one bore. The lock cover may be coupled to the housing and configured to retain the plug member within the at least one bore during operation of the fluid end assembly. The at least one retention pin may extend at least partially through a portion of the lock cover to retain the lock cover in a rotational position that retains the plug member at least partially within the bore.
Spherical pump valve
A spherical pump valve. The valve includes a valve cage, a spring, a valve member, a valve seat, and a locking ring. The valve cage has a groove holding the spring and threads. The valve member has a stem and a trench holding the spring. The valve seat has a seating surface, threads that match the valve cage threads and upon threaded engagement secure the valve seat to the valve cage, and a channel. The locking ring is installed in the channel and secures the valve cage to the valve seat. The spring has a rate matched to the weight of the valve member and to the flow area of the valve seat. The stem guides the valve member as the stem travels through a center hole of the valve cage. Also disclosed is a pump including the valve.
