Electric driven gas booster
A gas booster for increasing a pressure of a gas includes a gas cylinder and a drive. The gas cylinder defines a chamber having an inlet and an outlet. A piston is actuatable within the gas cylinder to draw gas into the chamber through the inlet at a first pressure and to push the gas out of the chamber through the outlet at a second pressure that is higher than the first pressure. The drive includes an electric motor coupled to the piston of the gas cylinder by a mechanical connection to actuate the piston.

Mechanical resonant pump
Provided herein is a mechanical resonant system, comprising a frame; at least one pump disposed on the frame; one or two masses coupled to the frame by a first plurality of resilient members; and at least one voice coil actuator disposed within the frame and coupled to the at least one pump or to the one or two masses; wherein when the system comprises two masses, a second plurality of resilient members couple the masses to each other. Also provided are methods for using these mechanical resonant systems to evacuate a chamber, to compress air, or sense changes in pressure.
Vapor recovery system and method for packing cases and other gas emitting components
A vapor recovery system comprises a vapor recovery unit, environmental tank, control system, vent line, environmental tank line, main vapor recovery unit inlet line, and a discharge line. The vapor recovery unit comprises a vapor recovery vessel and a vapor recovery compressor comprising a motor. The main vapor recovery unit inlet line is fluidly connected to the vapor recovery vessel. The vent line comprises a valve adapted to regulate packing case vapor flow through the vent line to the main vapor recovery unit inlet line. The environmental tank line is fluidly connected to the main vapor recovery unit inlet line. The control system is adapted to monitor a vapor recovery vessel input pressure and control the vapor recovery compressor. The control system is further adapted to control a vapor recovery vessel output to the discharge line.

CAPACITIVE LIQUID LEAK DETECTION DEVICE
A liquid leak detector for a pump is described. The liquid leak detector is mountable on a pump to detect leaked fluid coming from the pump. The leak detector includes a buffer tube positioned on the pump to collect a leaked fluid from the pump and a sensor positioned on the buffer tube to detect the level of leaked fluid in the buffer tube and to generate a signal when the leaked fluid reaches a maximum fluid level. A purge line on the buffer tube removes leaked drive fluid from the buffer tube once the leaked drive fluid reaches a maximum level. Logic connected to the sensor receives the signal from the detector and generates an alarm.
HIGH PRESSURE SEALS
A sealing system for sealing an annulus. The annulus is defined by a cylindrical interior and a cylindrical exterior within, and axially movable relative to, the cylindrical interior. The sealing system includes an inner seal (to surround and sealingly engage the cylindrical exterior), a seal support (to surround, and axially support, the inner seal), an outer seal (to surround the seal support and sealingly engage the seal support and the cylindrical interior), a first support ring (to sit behind an outer periphery of the outer seal), and a back stop (to surround the cylindrical exterior and axially support the seal support and the first ring).

AIR COMPRESSOR SYSTEM
Systems are provided for an air compressor system. In one example, a system includes a housing, a piston arranged in the housing, and a crankshaft arranged in the housing, the crankshaft coupled to a connecting rod of the piston, and the crankshaft forces the piston to oscillate from a first end of the housing to a second end, the piston pressurizing air in the housing to a first pressure at the first end and to a second pressure at the second end, the second pressure greater than the first.
