A water-cooling pump structure with check valves and a water-cooling module thereof including a first pump unit, a first check valve, a second pump unit, a second check valve, a first connector assembly, a second connector assembly, a pipe body assembly and a heat dissipation unit. The first and second check valves are respectively mounted at the first and second water outlets of the first and second pump units. By means of the arrangement of a first sealing member inside the first check valve, the cooling liquid is prevented from flowing back to the first pump chamber. Therefore, the problem of the backflow of the cooling liquid can be totally solved. Moreover, the heat dissipation efficiency can be greatly enhanced.

DEVICE FOR PROTECTING AN ELECTRIC PUMP AGAINST OVERPRESSURES

A device for protecting an electric pump against overpressures, which comprises a main body which forms a cavity with an axis of extension which is substantially parallel to an axis of extension of the main body and a flow control element which can slide in the cavity along the axis of extension of the cavity between a closed position, in which the flow control element affects an inlet of the cavity which can be connected fluidically to a delivery port of an electric pump, and an open position, in which the flow control element clears at least partially the inlet so as to place it in fluidic connection with an outlet of said cavity, elastic means designed to push the flow control element in response to the pressure that is present in the delivery port.

Piston fuel pump and check valve therefore

A piston fuel pump for an internal combustion engine includes a pump housing, a piston, and a non-return discharge valve. The non-return discharge valve has a valve element and a guide element configured to guide the movement of the valve element. The guide element is at least indirectly pressed in a radial manner into an opening in the pump housing.

Intake pulsation damper of swash plate-type compressor

The present invention relates to a suction pulsation reducing device of a swash plate type compressor, and more particularly, to a suction pulsation reduction apparatus provided on a suction channel formed in a rear head of a swash plate type compressor, in which a moving range of a core portion is limited and all parts to be mounted on a suction channel are integrally formed in a case.

Fluid end assembly of a reciprocating pump

A fluid end assembly of a reciprocating pump has multiple fluid end bodies that are removably attached, independently of each other, to a power end assembly of the reciprocating pump, and to a manifold of the fluid end assembly. Each fluid end body defines a discharge outlet that is coaxial with a plunger bore for a reciprocating plunger, and a suction inlet that is disposed above the discharge outlet. A valve assembly is removably insertable into a valve port extending from an external surface of a manifold attached to the fluid end body, without having to remove the manifold from the fluid end body. The valve assembly includes a valve mechanism surrounded by a cylindrical valve body that lines the internal wall of the manifold defining the valve port, thereby forming a barrier between fluid flowing through the valve assembly and the internal wall.

Multi-part valve assembly

The present disclosure discloses a multi-component valve system for use in pumps such as fracking pumps for use in subterranean resource production. The assembly includes a retaining pin having a retaining cap on its upper end. Located on the retaining pin are an insert retainer, an insert beneath the insert retainer, a valve beneath the insert, and a guide beneath the valve. The guide has a generally truncated pyramid shape, and a central portion on its upper end. The central portion is centered on the retaining pin. The retaining pin has an expanded lower end to secure the valve assembly together.

PNEUMATICALLY CONTROLLED DRAIN VALVE

The invention relates to a drain valve for a cooler of a compressor, with a pressure chamber which can be connected to the inner chamber of the cooler by means of a connection opening, and an outlet for removing a condensate. The valve according to the invention comprises a pneumatic switching device and a non-return valve which are operatively connected to the pressure chamber, with an operative connection between the switching device and the non-return valve by means of which the non-return valve can be switched to an open position by the switching device. During the idle operation of the compressor, the non-return valve can be switched by means of the switching device into an open position such that condensate from the connection opening can be removed through the outlet via the non-return valve.

Piston fuel pump

A piston-type fuel pump for an internal combustion engine includes a pump housing, a piston, an annular counterplate, and a non-return outlet valve. The pump housing includes a stepped opening and a piston opening. The piston is guided in the piston opening. The counterplate is pressed into the stepped opening and includes a valve seat. The non-return valve includes a valve element and a guide element. The guide element guides the valve element, is arranged radially outside the valve element and in the stepped opening, and includes a guide section, a retention section, and a support section. The guide section guides the valve element, the retention section is connected to the guide section via a radially extending connecting section, and the support section supports a valve spring. The sections are arranged axially at different points such that the guide section is between the counterplate and the support section.
