Ring section pump having intermediate tie rod combination
A ring section pump features a low-pressure end configured to receive fluid to be pumped into the ring section pump; a high-pressure end configured to provide the fluid to be pumped from the ring section pump; and an intermediate tie rod combination having a intermediate flange with upper tie rods configured to couple together the intermediate flange and the high-pressure end and with lower tie rods configured to couple together the intermediate flange and the low-pressure end. The low-pressure end has an inlet flange; the high-pressure end has an outlet/discharge flange; and the upper tie rods couple together the intermediate flange and the outlet/discharge flange and the lower tie rods couple together the intermediate flange and the inlet flange.
DEGASSING SYSTEM, A DEGASSING TOWER, AND A WATER SYSTEM HAVING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a pump-assisted degassing system, a vacuum degassing tower, and a water system having the same. The degassing system comprises a vacuum pump, connected with a degassing tower through a main pipeline, and configured to pump out a gas-liquid mixture from the degassing tower; a gas-liquid separator, connected with the vacuum pump in a closed loop through a circulation pipeline, and configured to perform gas-liquid separation on the gas-liquid mixture; and a booster pump, arranged on the main pipeline between the vacuum pump and the degassing tower, and configured to assist the vacuum pump to pump out the gas-liquid mixture. The vacuum pump and the booster pump constitute a two-stage pumping device. Only one vacuum pump is needed in the system, and the vacuum pump requires less circulating water and less motor power resulting in lower the equipment load loss in the operation efficiency.
LIQUID RING PUMP CONTROL
A control system comprising: a suction line; an exhaust line; an operating liquid line; a liquid ring pump comprising a suction input coupled to the suction line, an exhaust output coupled to the exhaust line, and a liquid input coupled to the operating liquid line; one or more regulating devices configured to control flow of the operating liquid into the liquid ring pump; a first sensor configured to measure a first parameter of an exhaust fluid of the liquid ring pump; a second sensor configured to measure a second parameter of an operating liquid received by the liquid ring pump; and a controller operatively coupled to the sensors and the regulating device(s), and configured to control the regulating device(s) based on measurements by the sensors.
A LIQUID RING PUMP MANIFOLD
A system comprising: a suction line; a liquid ring pump coupled to the suction line, the liquid ring pump comprising a chamber and an impeller mounted within the chamber; a non-return valve arranged to permit fluid to flow into the chamber via the suction line and to prevent or oppose fluid flow out of the chamber to the suction line; a gas line coupled to the liquid ring pump such that a gas may flow into the liquid ring pump via the gas line, the gas line coupled to the liquid ring pump between the non-return valve and the chamber; a valve disposed on the gas line; and a controller configured to control the valve.
LIQUID RING PUMP CONTROL
A control system comprising: a suction line; an exhaust line; an operating liquid line; a liquid ring pump comprising a suction input coupled to the suction line, an exhaust output coupled to the exhaust line, and a liquid input coupled to the operating liquid line; a motor configured to drive the liquid ring pump; a first sensor configured to measure a first parameter of an exhaust fluid of the liquid ring pump; a second sensor configured to measure a second parameter of a gas being received by the liquid ring pump via the suction line; and a controller operatively coupled to the first sensor, the second sensor, and the motor, and configured to control the motor based on sensor measurements of the first sensor and the second sensor.
Liquid-ring compressor including bypass pipe
Disclosed is a liquid-ring compressor including a bypass pipe, in which the bypass pipe is directly mounted to a main body of the liquid-ring compressor, thereby greatly reducing costs incurred in the installation of a facility or a system including the liquid-ring compressor, and also economically reducing maintenance costs. The liquid-ring compressor includes a main body accommodating a shaft centrally mounted therein to receive rotational force from a driving motor, a rotor configured to rotate together with the shaft inside the main body, a suction port formed at a portion of the main body, a discharge port formed at another portion of the main body, a bypass pipe mounted between a position adjacent to the suction port in the main body and a position adjacent to the discharge port in the main body, and an opening/closing valve mounted in the middle of the bypass pipe.
Liquid-ring vacuum pump having internal inspection and foreign matter removal functions
Disclosed is a liquid-ring vacuum pump that enables a worker to inspect components provided in a main body from the outside using a see-through device without disassembling the main body and to easily remove foreign matter from the main body merely by demounting the see-through device from the main body. The liquid-ring vacuum pump includes a main body, which accommodates a shaft centrally mounted therein to receive rotational force from a driving motor and has a mounting hole formed therein so as to communicate with the interior of the main body, a rotor rotating together with the shaft inside the main body, a head unit coupled to at least one side of the main body, and a see-through device, which is detachably mounted in the mounting hole and includes a see-through window member to allow the interior of the main body to be inspected with the naked eye.

Abatement system
Venturi Scrubbers are used to separate particulate from a large range of fluids. Many provide additional liquid and/or gas to drive the fluid and aid in the removal of particulate. The present invention provides a liquid ring pump through which the fluid to be treated is first passed and then exhausted, with additional work fluid to a Venturi scrubber such that the particulate can be separated from the exhaust fluid.
