Food product pump with impeller and star wheel

A pump for pumping a liquid food product, including a star wheel arranged to be driven by an impeller to rotate around an axis that is offset from an axis of rotation of the impeller, an element that extends between a part of the star wheel and the impeller, such that the liquid is pumped when the impeller rotates and thereby drives the star wheel. A channel is formed between the star wheel and an axle on which the star wheel is arranged, such that a part of the product may enter the channel for providing lubrication.

An internal gear fluid machine has a first gearwheel having external toothing mounted rotatably about a first axis of rotation and a second gearwheel having internal toothing meshing in regions with the external toothing in an engagement region and mounted rotatably about a second axis of rotation different from the first axis of rotation. A filler piece is arranged between the first gearwheel and the second gearwheel away from the meshing region which bears on the one side against the external toothing and on the other side against the internal toothing, in order to divide a fluid space present between the first gearwheel and the second gearwheel into a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber, and housing walls of a machine housing of the internal gear fluid machine being arranged in the axial direction with respect to the first axis of rotation on both sides of the first gearwheel and of the second gearwheel. The second gearwheel is surrounded in the circumferential direction to form a hydrostatic bearing by a bearing recess formed in the machine housing, which bearing recess at least partially overlaps the second gearwheel in the axial direction and is fluidically connected to a fluid connection of the internal gear fluid machine via a fluid line having a flow resistance.

The invention relates to a continuously variable transmission and a transmission system comprising said continuously variable transmission, wherein the continuously variable transmission comprises a first gear pump and a second gear pump, wherein each gear pump comprises a first gear and a second gear meshing with the first gear over an overlap distance in an overlap direction parallel to the first gear axis, wherein each gear pump further comprises an adjustment member for adjusting the pump volume, wherein the adjustment member of the first gear pump and the adjustment member of the second gear pump are interconnected by a connecting member for adjusting the pump volume of the first gear pump and the pump volume of the second gear pump in an inverse correlation to each other.

FLUID TRANSFER DEVICE

A positive displacement gear pump or gear hydraulic motor having at least a first rotor with first rotor teeth and a second rotor with second rotor teeth, the first rotor teeth meshing with the second rotor teeth. First rotor chambers are defined between first rotor teeth and second rotor chambers are defined between the second rotor teeth. As the rotors mesh, the first rotor chambers, second rotor chambers or both become enclosed or substantially enclosed to form what are referred to here as secondary chambers. Pressure variations in a secondary chamber are relieved by internal flow channels in the first rotor, second rotor or both, creating a fluid connection between the first rotor chambers and the second rotor chambers. The first rotor may be an internal gear rotor or both rotors may be external gear rotors.

In an internally rotating gear pump, a pinion having external teeth and a gear having internal teeth are housed in a casing. The pinion and the gear rotate while the internal teeth and the external teeth are meshed with each other. The pinion is a driving gear that is coupled to a rotating shaft receiving a rotating force from an external motor, such that the pinion and the rotating shaft are rotationally driven in an integrated manner when the rotating shaft is driven. The gear is a driven gear, and is rotatably supported on a gear pin provided to the casing via a gear bush serving as a slide bearing.
