Oil separator and relief valve of a screw compressor for a utility vehicle
A screw compressor for a utility vehicle includes at least one housing and at least one air-oil separator holder arranged at the housing. The air-oil separator holder is manufactured from a non-corrosive material. A relief valve is provided, which is arranged in the air-oil separator holder and by which the interior of the screw compressor can be relieved of pressure.
COMPRESSOR FOR REFRIGERATING MACHINE
A compressor includes a casing, a compression mechanism, and a motor that drives the compression mechanism. The casing is configured to cover an internal space. The internal space includes a first space and a second space larger than the first space. The casing has a first casing part covering the first space and a second casing part covering the second space. At least one of the first space and the second space is a high-pressure space configured to contain high-pressure fluid. A metallic coating may be formed on an outer surface of at least the first casing part. Alternatively, a resin coating may be formed on an outer surface of the casing.
COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY, COMPRESSOR, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPRESSOR
A compressor assembly becomes a compressor as a result of a terminal guard being attached. The compressor assembly includes a body, and a terminal guard mounting seat attached to an outer surface of the body. The terminal guard is attachable to the terminal guard mounting seat. A compressor includes the compressor assembly and the terminal guard. The compressor can be manufactured by attaching the terminal guard mounting seat to the outer surface, administering metal spraying to at least part of the outer surface after attaching the terminal guard mounting seat, and attaching the terminal guard to the terminal guard mounting seat after the administering metal spraying.
Compression device
A compression device includes: a compressor including a casing, a rotor that is housed in a rotor chamber inside the casing and compresses gas by rotating, a bearing that is provided inside the casing and supports a rotor shaft so that the rotor is rotatable, and a first shaft-sealing part and a second shaft-sealing part that are provided to line up between the rotor chamber and the bearing in the casing to seal a periphery of the rotor shaft; a first supply line adapted to supply injection oil to the rotor chamber; a second supply line that is provided independent of the first supply line to supply lubrication oil to the bearing; a third supply line adapted to supply sealing gas to the first shaft-sealing part; and a fourth supply line adapted to supply the second shaft-sealing part with sealing oil to be used for sealing.
Water Pump For Marine Engine Having Removable Cap Assembly
A water pump for a marine engine includes a drive flange for rotating a drive shaft, a housing having an internal cavity and a removable cap assembly. The removable cap assembly includes a cap lock ring secured to the housing, a cartridge extending into the internal cavity of the housing and an impeller rotatable inside the cartridge. The cap lock ring and cartridge are snap-fit together. The rotatable drive shaft has splines, which mate with a splined portion of an impeller to rotate the impeller. To replace the impeller, an operator twists the cap lock ring off the housing without any tools and pulls the cap assembly away from the housing disengaging the impeller from the drive shaft. A new cap assembly replaces the worn cap assembly.
Liquid ring pump
Liquid ring pumps are used to pump a variety of fluid types. Corrosive fluids are easily handled by the work fluid but can cause corrosion of pumping mechanisms. The present invention provides a magnetically driven liquid ring pump with corrosion resistant pumping mechanisms which achieves a longer time between service intervals.
WATER LUBRICATION TWIN-SCREW AIR COMPRESSING SYSTEM
A water lubrication screw type air compressor includes a compressor, an air-loop system and a water-loop system. The water-loop system includes a water supply device, a first water-loop unit and a second water-loop unit. The water supply device includes a first water-treatment device to modify the water quality and provide purified water. The first water-loop unit includes a second water-treatment device to modify water quality and reduce the corrosion of metal components. The second water-loop unit includes a water filter to remove the impurities in water and maintain the purity of cycling water. Therefore, the water-loop system in the present disclosure includes multiple water-treatment devices and filters to maintain the water quality. The purified water ensures better cooling, lubrication and air proofing when injected into the compressor.
Refrigerant compressor with supporting bearing insulation
A refrigerant compressor includes a compression mechanism portion, a drive portion, a crankshaft, a main bearing and an auxiliary bearing that support the crankshaft, and a sealed container that accommodates therein the compression mechanism portion, the drive portion, the crankshaft, the main bearing, and the auxiliary bearing. The auxiliary bearing is configured of an antifriction bearing and provided in an auxiliary bearing housing attached to the sealed container. The auxiliary bearing housing includes an opening for inserting the auxiliary bearing on the drive portion side, and includes a housing cover covering the opening. An insulating sleeve configured of an insulating material is provided between the crankshaft and the auxiliary bearing. The insulating sleeve includes a cylinder portion located between the crankshaft and the auxiliary bearing, and a flange portion located between the auxiliary bearing and the housing cover and extended in an outer diameter direction.
COMPRESSOR
Corrosion due to salt water, or the like, is prevented or suppressed between fastening end portions of housing members, while minimizing increase in production cost with respect to corrosion. A housing 10 of a compressor 1 has a front housing 11, a center housing 12, and a rear housing 13. The front housing 11 and the center housing 12 are fastened to each other by a plurality of fastening members 31, and mutual fastening end portions (111 and 121) thereof are welded together. The center housing 12 and the rear housing 13 are fastened to each other by a plurality of fastening members 32, and mutual fastening end portions (122 and 131) thereof are welded together. A weld bead W1 is formed between the fastening end portion 111 and the fastening end portion 121, and a weld bead W2 is formed between the fastening end portion 122 and the fastening end portion 131.
