ACCUMULATOR
A diaphragm accumulator provided with a flexible diaphragm inside an accumulator housing has a stress relaxing member having a contact surface which the diaphragm deformed by a pressure fluctuation inside the accumulator housing contacts and regulating the deformed attitude of the diaphragm by the contact surface on the inner surface. When the diaphragm is deformed by the pressure fluctuation inside the accumulator housing, the stress relaxing member regulates the deformed attitude of the diaphragm to reduce a stress generated in the diaphragm.
Brake System Damping Device
A brake system damping device includes a first chamber on which hydraulic pressure is to be applied, a second chamber with a compressible medium located therein, and a first separating element configured to separate the first and second chambers. The damping device further includes a third chamber with a compressible medium located therein and a second separating element configured to separate the second and third chambers. The second and third chambers are connected in a medium-conducting manner via a passage in the second separating element. The first separating element is configured to move a closure element to close the passage when the hydraulic pressure in the first chamber has reached a predefined pressure value. The first and second separating elements form an assembly in which the first and second separating elements extend along an axis and the first separating element is covered radially on the outside by an envelope surface.
Method for manufacturing integrated hydraulic accumulator bladder
A method for manufacturing a hydraulic accumulator bladder includes the following steps: bonding a rubber sheet to the gas-filled air bladder to form a bladder blank; placing the bladder blank in a vulcanization device for vulcanization to form an initial bladder product; and releasing the gas in the gas-filled air bladder of the initial bladder product, taking the air bladder out, and naturally cooling the initial bladder product to a room temperature to form a finished bladder product. The bladder manufactured by the manufacturing method is integrally formed by one-step vulcanization, and has the advantages of uniform wall thickness, smooth inner and outer surfaces, long fatigue lifetime, a simplified process, high quality and good stability.
PULSATION DAMPENER WITH GAS RETENTION
A pulsation dampener for a dispensing system comprising a housing, a diaphragm comprising at least one fluoropolymer layer, the diaphragm dividing the housing into a first compartment and a second compartment, an inlet port and an outlet port each in fluid communication with the first compartment thereby providing a flow path for a liquid to enter the first compartment via the first inlet port and exit the first compartment via the outlet port, and at least one gas disposed within the second compartment, the at least one gas having a kinetic diameter of 0.36 nm or greater, wherein the fluoropolymer of the at least one fluoropolymer layer and the at least one gas are selected such that a gas transmittance rate of the at least one gas through the diaphragm is from 0 mbar*L/second to 1*10.sup.5 mbar*L/second.
Pressure accumulator
A pressure accumulator includes a membrane (4) forming a movable separating element between media spaces (6, 8) and made of contiguous layers (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 26) of different materials. At least one layer of a basic structure (16, 20) has filaments. A gas-tight impregnation (24) is disposed between layers (18) made of an elastomer.
