FASTENING SYSTEM WITH CONCEALED FASTENER
Disclosed is a system for connecting two panels together. A recess is formed in the edge of one panel, and an insert is pressed into and held within the recess. The top of the insert includes holes for receiving epoxy, and epoxy conducting shafts and circuits formed on the outside of the insert assist in the encapsulation of the insert within the panel edge. The top of the insert includes an aperture formed such that a fastener can be received into a cavity formed in the recess and then driven to be secured into a fastener-receiving insert installed into the second panel.

Connecting element, a mechanical joint and use of two connecting elements in a mechanical joint
A connecting element for a mechanical joint includes a base part, and a connector part protruding from the base part. The connector part includes a protrusion portion, and a contacting portion extending from the protrusion portion to a direction of the first end of the base part such that a gap is formed between the contacting portion and the front surface of the base part and such that a bottom of the gap is formed by the protrusion portion. The contacting portion includes a front surface which is parallel to the portion of the front surface of the base part in the area of the gap and a back surface facing toward the front surface of the base part.

Eccentric Bushing for Redundant Pinning of Removable Panels
An eccentric bushing assembly comprises an outer eccentric bushing configured to be disposed in an opening of a panel comprising a central axis. The outer eccentric bushing is operable to float axially, rotate circumferentially, and to move radially with respect to the central axis. The eccentric bushing assembly further comprises an inner eccentric bushing disposed radially inward from the outer eccentric bushing and interfacing with the outer eccentric bushing, the inner eccentric bushing is operable to rotate relative to the outer eccentric bushing. The eccentric bushing assembly further comprises a spherical bushing comprising a through hole operable to receive a connecting pin therein and to rotate in at least one degree of freedom. The rotation of the spherical bushing can facilitate alignment of an axis of the pin with the through hole.
Joining device with minimum visibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items
A joining device with minimum visibility for parts of furniture and furnishing items, in particular connecting a first panel to a second panel, which must be moved towards each other in an approach direction to bring the edge of one panel buffered in a tightening position against a surface of the other panel, includes a blocking group and a connection group assembled on the panels. The blocking group is inserted inside a seat contained in the thickness of the panel on which the blocking group is applied, and the seat has a longitudinal axis perpendicular to the approach direction, and extending from an edge towards the inside of the panels.
FITTING FOR FURNITURE PARTS
A fitting for connecting two parts includes a cup-shaped housing for insertion into an open-edge bore in the one part. Two double-armed levers are connected in an articulated manner about an axis running, in the housing, parallel to the cup axis and which each have an inner lever arm which is arranged in the housing and an outer lever arm which projects outwards beyond the circumference of the housing and is intended for engaging in a surface-area bore in the other part. A handle can be moved from a starting position into an end position and has an actuating element for rotating the inner lever arms in relation to one another such that the two outer lever arms are spread further apart in the end position of the handle than in the starting position.

SET OF PANELS WITH A MECHANICAL LOCKING DEVICE
A set including a first panel, a second panel and a mechanical locking device for locking the first panel to the second panel, wherein the first panel includes a first edge surface and a first panel surface, the second panel includes a second edge surface and a second panel surface, the first edge surface is facing the second panel surface in a locked position of the first and the second panel, the mechanical locking device includes an edge groove at the second edge surface, a flexible tongue positioned in the edge groove, a rod-shaped element at the first edge surface and an insertion groove at the second panel surface extending from the second panel surface to the edge groove, the rod-shaped element is configured to be inserted into the insertion groove and the rod-shaped element includes a recess.
Connecting means and method for connecting two components
In order to provide a connecting device for connecting two components, which is simple to manufacture and enables a stable and reliable connection of the two components, it is proposed that the connecting device comprises a main body which comprises a receiving channel extending through the main body for accommodating a fixing element, wherein the receiving channel is preferably accessible at one end by way of an insertion opening of the main body and/or preferably at a (further) end by way of a fixing opening of the main body, wherein the main body preferably further comprises an actuating opening that is different from the insertion opening and/or the fixing opening, by way of which in particular the fixing element arranged in the receiving channel is preferably accessible for the actuation thereof.
