WALL HANGING SYSTEM
A furniture assembly and/or a mechanical coupling system for coupling furniture parts together to form an assembled article of furniture. The furniture assembly may include first and second furniture parts, each of which includes a board or other structural member and a coupler. The first furniture part may include a male coupler attached to the board and the second furniture part may include a female coupler attached to the board. The male and female couplers may be coupled together to thereby couple the first and second furniture parts together to form the assembled article of furniture. The male and female couplers may include engagement features that facilitate the coupling of the furniture parts together and to prevent them from becoming detached during normal use of the assembled article of furniture.
BRACKET APPARATUS FOR TOOL-LESS ASSEMBLY OF FURNITURE
This disclosure relates to a bracket apparatus for tool-less assembly of furniture products. The furniture products are equipped with a bracket apparatus that enables the furniture products to be assembled and disassembled without the use of tools or additional hardware. The bracket apparatus integrated into the furniture products permits the furniture products to easily switch between an assembled configuration and a disassembled configuration.
FIXING MECHANISM
A fixing mechanism for fixing a first panel to a second panel, having a first plate with a first longitudinal guide, the first guide comprising a first aperture at a first end of the first guide connected to a second aperture at a second end of the first guide via a longitudinal slot, the first aperture is greater than the second aperture; a second plate having a second guide complementary to the first guide, a retaining portion, an interlocking member configured to fasten the second plate to the first plate via the first and second guides and also to fasten the first and second plates to the first panel. The first plate and the second plate are fastened to the second panel via a second fastening means. The fixing mechanism advantageously provides a means for securely fixing two panels together, such as furniture panels, using minimal components.
DEVICE FOR JOINING OF PARTS OF FURNITURE AND FURNISHING ACCESSORIES
A joining device for parts of furniture and furnishing accessories, including a casing or container body suitable for being inserted in a seat formed in one of the components of the item of furniture to be joined and provided with an expansion bushing externally projecting with respect to an open end of the casing or container body and suitable for engaging with a further seat of a further component of the item of furniture to be joined to the component wherein the casing or container body is inserted, the joining device which includes a cam mechanism for a linear and reciprocated motion of an actuation unit co-operating in an expansion deformation movement of the expansion bushing and in a backward and traction movement of the same expansion bushing, with the cam mechanism and the actuation unit housed in the casing or container body and actuated by a tool.

METHOD FOR FORMING A PANEL
A method for forming a panel for an assembled product including, such as a furniture product, wherein the method includes: displacing the first panel in a feeding direction by a conveyor through a first edge machine, working, by a first tool of the first edge machine, on a first edge of the first panel to obtain a decided location of the first edge, attaching, by a second tool of the first edge machine, a covering material, such as a laminate strip, a thermoplastic strip or a veneer strip, on the first edge, and forming a first edge groove, by a third tool of the first edge machine, along the first edge and on a first main surface of the first panel, wherein the first edge groove is configured to be a part of a locking device.
SET OF PANELS FOR AN ASSEMBLED PRODUCT
A set of panels including a first panel with a first main plane and a second panel with a second main plane. A first edge of the first panel is configured to be locked to a second edge of the second panel, wherein the first main plane is essentially perpendicular to the second main plane, and wherein the first and the second edges are locked in a first direction, which is perpendicular to the first main plane, and a second direction, which is perpendicular to the second main plane. The first edge includes an edge tongue, with a longitudinal direction along the first edge, including a bottom edge, a first surface and an opposite second surface. The edge groove and/or the edge tongue is/are configured such that a greater force is absorbed by the longitudinal central part than by an edge part at third and fourth edges.
Bedstead fastening device
A bed fastening device providing connection of the components in a bed structure, including a first mating part and a second mating part correspondingly mounted proximally to one end of bed components. The first mating part includes an elongate parallelepipedal plastic item with equidistantly spaced planar partition walls extending into side housings of tubular members, openings being provided in between sequential partition walls and side housings. The second mating part includes an elongate planar base plastic item with perpendicularly oriented, equidistantly spaced tubular members provided with side extensions. Engagement of the mating parts and of the bed fastening device and accordingly of bed components takes place with the introduction of tubular members of the mating parts within the openings of mating parts and the vertical downward displacement of the mating parts.
