Rolling bearing and production process therefor
A rolling bearing has an outer diameter surface of the outer ring which is a fitting surface with a housing and the inner diameter surface of the inner ring, which is a fitting surface with a shaft. The outer diameter surface of the outer ring or the inner diameter surface of the inner ring is coated with a bonded film containing an organic binder, a solid lubricant powder such as molybdenum disulfide powder, and a friction/wear modifier such as antimony oxide powder. According to the rolling bearing, a creep resistance is kept excellent without causing increase in cost and size and being deformed and softened.

Provided are a sliding member and a sliding bearing which can improve the fatigue resistance. A sliding member having a base layer and a coating layer laminated on the base layer, in which the coating layer contains Bi or Sn as a first metal element, a second metal element which is harder than the first metal element and forms an intermetallic compound with the first metal element, C, and unavoidable impurities.

A thrust sliding bearing may include a thrust receiving surface comprising radial oil grooves, and a resin portion, the resin portion comprising a plurality of resin sheets in an area defined by the oil grooves of the thrust receiving surface, the plurality of resin sheets being laminated. Circumferential widths of the plurality of resin sheets may increase upwardly from a bottom resin sheet. A circumferential width of the resin portion may decrease upwardly.

There is provided a technique which can realize both of conformability and fatigue resistance. A sliding member and a slide bearing include a base layer and a coating layer provided on the base layer and having a sliding surface on which a counter material slides, and are characterized in that the coating layer is formed of a soft material which is softer than that for the base layer; and that, in the sliding surface, crystal grains of the soft material having an average grain diameter of 0.1 m or more and 1 m or less are aggregated into lumps, thereby forming aggregates having an average diameter of 3 m or more and 30 m or less.
