The translatable member may be coupled to the fixed rail and configured to move between a first position and a second position. The gearbox assembly may include a cable drum configured to rotate in a first rotational direction and a second rotational direction. The first and second cables may each be coupled to the translatable member and a cable drum. As the cable drum rotates in the first rotational direction, the first cable may translate the translatable member towards the first position. As the cable drum rotates in the second rotational direction, the second cable may translate the translatable member towards the second position.

A sliding table includes a sliding seat having a seat body made from a first material and disposed between two main rigid rails parallel with each other. The seat body has two opposite rail recesses opening toward the main rigid rails, and two inner cyclic track holes disposed between the rail recesses. Two seat body rigid rails made from a second material harder than the first material are fixed in the rail recesses to confront the main rigid rails. Two roller belt modules are arranged in two cyclic track members overmolded to the seat body. When the seat body moves along the main rigid rails, each roller belt module circulates along one of the cyclic track members.

A slide assembly includes a channel member including a stop recess having a front end and a rear end; a slide member including a sliding first portion, a sliding second portion, a slot, and a connection portion on the sliding first portion, the slide member being configured to move in the channel member; and a release mechanism disposed on the slide member and including first and second release member. In a locked state the first limit members of the positioning portion of the first release member engage with the front larger hole of the stop recess, the second limit members of the positioning portion of the first release member engage with the rear smaller hole of the stop recess, and the elastic arm of the second release member engages with the rear smaller hole of the stop recess. A double release mechanism is provided.

The fastener is fixed to the end portion of the guide rail. The pressure-exerting block is locked into the fastener in the height direction to abut against the pressure-exerting plate in the height direction, so that the pressure-exerting plate is pressed against the dustproof cover.

The present application discloses a self-locking linear guide rail channel detection device, comprising: a detection platform for placing the guide rail to be detected; a detection device arranged on the detection platform; a conveying device connected with the detection device and is configured to push the detection device to slide horizontally along the detection platform; a locking device configured to fix the guide rail to be detected. In the present application, the guide rail to be detected is fixed on the placing platform by the vertical clamping mechanism and the side positioning and clamping mechanism, and a U-shaped groove linear motor drives the detection device to detect the channel of the linear guide rail, which greatly improves the detection accuracy and saves money. It reduces the labor cost; it is of great significance to promote the development of the bearing guide industry.

An end cap for a carriage of a linear guide. The end cap has a closed lubrication port which is openable by operatively connecting a lubrication fitting to the lubrication port. The is formed by injection molding and the closed lubrication port of the end cap is formed by rotary demolding.
