LINEAR GUIDE BEARING AND ASSOCIATED QUICK-CHANGE SYSTEM
A linear guide bearing and an associated quick-connect system are provided. The linear guide bearing includes a carriage that moves linearly along a guide rail. The carriage includes an upper surface having a groove defined therein, and a depression formed in the groove. A tool is configured to connect to the carriage in a quick-connect fashion. To do so, the tool has a spring-loaded plunger biased downward toward the carriage. As the tool is slid along the groove of the carriage, the tip of the plunger is biased to depress into the depression in the groove. To release the tool from the carriage, a force can be applied sufficient to overcome the spring-bias force to allow the tool to lift off from the carriage.

MOTION GUIDE DEVICE
A motion guide device including a hollow track base that has a rolling element rolling face formed along a longitudinal direction and has a hollow portion formed to be substantially rectangular in section along the longitudinal direction, and a moving member that has a load rolling element rolling face formed in a position facing the rolling element rolling face, the moving member being assembled movably in the longitudinal direction of the track base via a plurality of rolling elements between the rolling element rolling face and the load rolling element rolling face, wherein in the track base, a heat-treated region in which heat treatment is applied to a region including the rolling element rolling face and a non-heat-treated region to which heat treatment is not applied are formed in a section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, and the heat-treated region is not superimposed on corner portions of the hollow portion.
Cap for motion guide apparatus
A cap for a motion guide apparatus which can reduce generation of a burr and can also increase the fixing force. The cap of the present invention is for blocking a fastening member insertion hole of a guide rail of a motion guide apparatus. The cap includes a disc-shaped top surface portion, a cylindrical side surface portion hanging down from the top surface portion, and a plurality of protrusions provided on an outer peripheral surface of the side surface portion. The plurality of protrusions is apart from each other in a circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the side surface portion, and is present at an upper end portion, or from the upper end portion to an axially middle portion, of the outer peripheral surface. A thickness of the side surface portion between the protrusions is less than a thickness of the top surface portion.

Linear guideway and end module thereof
An end module of a linear guideway includes an end cap, a cover, and a lubricating sheet. The end cap has an accommodating trough, and the cover is installed on the end cap to cover the accommodating trough, so a surface of the end cap faces a surface of the cover. At least one supporting pillar is formed on one of the two facing surfaces of the end cap and the cover, and the supporting pillar abuts against the other one of the two facing surfaces of the end cap and the cover. The lubricating sheet is received in the accommodating trough. The lubricating sheet has at least one penetrating hole, and the supporting pillar is inserted into the penetrating hole. Thus, the lubricating sheet of the instant disclosure is provided without any deformation, which is caused by the end cap and the cover.
