The at least one fixing protrusion is disposed at said inner axial rim of said ring guide and the height of said at least one fixing protrusion is larger than said radial clearance between said inner axial rim of said ring guide and said ring.
AIR DAMPER
An air damper is provided. A piston member includes a stopper portion configured to come into contact with a cap in a state that a rod is pulled out to a maximum extent, and a deflection regulating portion configured to be positioned inside the engagement claw in the state to regulate an inward deflection of the engagement claw. An attachment portion rotatably attached to an attachment target portion is provided at an end portion of the rod. A contact surface is formed on the inner side of the engagement claw when viewed in an axial direction of the cylinder, the contact surface being capable of coming into contact with the deflection regulating portion when the rod swings in a direction of a rotation axis of the attachment portion with respect to the attachment target portion or in a direction intersecting the rotation axis.
Centrifugal pendulum absorber with radial travel stop
A centrifugal pendulum absorber, including: a first pendulum mass; a second pendulum mass; a center plate axially located between the first pendulum mass and the second pendulum mass, connected to the first pendulum mass and the second pendulum mass, and arranged to receive rotational torque; a first resilient bumper axially located between the first pendulum mass and the second pendulum mass, and connected to the first pendulum mass and the second pendulum mass; and a first radial travel stop connected to the first pendulum mass or to the second pendulum mass, located radially outward of the first resilient bumper, radially aligned with at least a portion of the first resilient bumper, and free of contact with the first resilient bumper when the centrifugal pendulum absorber is at rest.
HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION DAMPER WITH A HYDRAULIC STROKE STOP ARRANGEMENT
The disclosure relates to a hydraulic damper provided with an additional stroke stop arrangement comprising a narrowed section and an additional piston assembly, wherein the additional piston assembly comprises a plastic ring guide, a ring, and a retaining member, wherein the ring surrounds an inner axial rim of the ring guide with radial clearance, wherein the inner axial rim defines at least one annular channel, and wherein the ring guide has at least one fixing protrusion extending radially inwardly toward the axis for engaging an annular slot in the piston rod and securing the ring guide to the piston rod. The at least one fixing protrusion is disposed at said inner axial rim of said ring guide and the height of said at least one fixing protrusion is larger than said radial clearance between said inner axial rim of said ring guide and said ring.
VIBRATION DAMPING DEVICE
A vibration damping device including a vibration-damping device main unit attached to a bracket from a lateral side by a second attachment member being fitted to opposed walls provided on widthwise opposite sides of the bracket. The bracket includes flexible latches extending from the respective opposed walls forward in a direction of attachment. The second attachment member includes outer recesses respectively opening onto surfaces overlapped with the respective opposed walls. Each latch has a slope portion sloping inward in a width direction of the bracket such that a distal end face of the latch is inserted in the corresponding outer recess. The distal end face of the latch is latched by a forward wall inner face of the outer recess, and displacement of the second attachment member relative to the bracket in a direction of dislodgment opposite to the direction of attachment is limited.
ASSEMBLY BEARING
An assembly bearing for a motor vehicle assembly includes an inner part, an elastomer supporting body in which the inner part is embedded, and an outer part that surrounds the supporting body. In embodiments, the outer part includes a first part and a second part that are clipped to at least one fastening element connected to the supporting body.
BEARING BUSH AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR A BEARING BUSH
A bearing bush and a method for producing a bearing bush are provided. The bearing bush includes a core element, an elastomer element, a cage element and a sleeve element. The cage element is at least partially embedded in the elastomer element. The elastomer element elastically connects the cage element and the core element to each other. The core element, the cage element and the elastomer element form a pre-assembly element. One of the sleeve element and the cage element includes a protrusion. The other of the sleeve element and the cage element includes a groove, which is engageable with the protrusion, in an assembled state of the bearing bush. The pre-assembly element is fixed in the sleeve element. The protrusion and the groove form a two-point contact in a cross-section.
VIBRATION ISOLATION DEVICE WITH BRACKET
A vibration isolation device with bracket includes a first attachment member and a second attachment member coupled by a main body rubber elastomer. The second attachment member has a frame shape with a through hole. The main body rubber elastomer is fastened to an upper surface side of the second attachment member. The main body rubber elastomer penetrates to a lower surface side of the second attachment member through the through hole. A holding rubber is formed integrally with the main body rubber elastomer on a lower surface of fitting portions of the second attachment member. A fixed surface is arranged on an upper surface of the fitting portions. The fixed surface is exposed by the main body rubber elastomer, directly superimposed on an inner surface of the fitting grooves, and pressed and fixed by static friction to the inner surface of the fitting grooves by the holding rubber.
