The nut according to the present invention includes: a cylindrical portion having a female screw portion provided with spiral shaped thread grooves on an inner circumferential surface thereof; and a slit provided at one location in a circumferential direction of the cylindrical portion and opening to an outer circumferential surface and an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion. The slit extends in an extending direction orthogonal to a direction of a lead angle in a portion of the thread grooves crossed by the slit.

LINEAR MOTION SYSTEM
20210140521 · 2021-05-13 ·

A linear motion system comprises a guiding member, a moving member, a plurality of rolling members and a preload adjusting module. The moving member is slidably disposed on the guiding member. The moving member and the guiding member together form a circulation path. When the guiding member moves with relative to the moving member, the moving member can generate a linear movement with relative to the guiding member. The rolling members are accommodated in the circulation path. The preload adjusting module is disposed on the moving member, and comprises a preload assembly and a preload regulator. The preload regulator applies a thrust to the preload assembly to adjust a preload value generated by the rolling members and applied to the moving member.

A steering device of the present invention has a steered shaft rotation stopper (100) having a contact member (101) and a forcing member (102). The forcing member (102) forces at least either one of a steered shaft (6) or the contact member (101) in a direction in which the steered shaft (6) and the contact member (101) push against each other. In a state in which the contact member (101) contacts a contact portion (6D) of the steered shaft (6) , the contact member (101) stops a rotation of the steered shaft (6).

Transmission

A transmission, in particular a coaxial transmission or linear transmission, comprising a toothing, a tooth holder in which a plurality of tooth segments are accommodated to engage with the toothing, wherein the tooth segments are borne to be radially shiftable relative to the tooth holder, a drive element having a profiling for radially driving the tooth segments borne in a radially shiftable manner, wherein the transmission has inner initial stress.

Anti-backlash mechanism for electromechanical linear actuator

A radial-type anti-backlash nut for use upon linear actuator leadscrews uses a separate housing resting upon the actuator's main nut. The anti-backlash action is a multi-finger collet and spring setup located inside the housing. The collet tapers radially inward toward tips of the fingers at a specified taper angle. The whole interior length of an internal thread of the collet engages an external thread of the leadscrew. The housing is a pre-load nut with an internal tapered surface that mates with the collet fingers with substantially the same taper angle. The pre-load nut, when screwed onto external threads of the adjustment nut, both compresses a load spring and applies radially inward adjustable load force to the collet fingers against the leadscrew. Three tolerances adjust load: the taper angle of the main nut's collet fingers, the spring load's compression, and the collet finger mismatch with respect to the lead screw.

RECTILINEAR DRIVE DEVICE

To provide a rectilinear drive device capable of preventing or significantly suppressing a guide plate from swinging caused by a shake of a lead screw when the lead screw is shaken. Specifically, a lead screw driven and rotated by a motor, a nut threadedly engaged with the lead screw, a guide shaft arranged parallel to the lead screw, a regulating portion movably provided on the guide shaft and engaged with the outer periphery of the nut to regulate the rotation of the nut, and a slide plate formed with the wall portion configured to receive a thrust force of the nut from the end surface of the nut are included, and the end surface of the nut is provided with projections in line contact or point contact with the wall portion.

Lead screw nut device

A centralizing bushing assembly includes a bushing housing having axial ends and an opening extending therethrough along an axial axis. The opening can have a pocket extending outwardly from the axial axis within the bushing housing and have internal shoulders axially facing each other. A bushing ring can be positioned within the pocket of the bushing housing between the internal shoulders. The bushing ring can have a split for allowing collapsing of the bushing ring radially inward and have an inner diameter for slidably engaging an axially movable shaft extending through the bushing housing along the axial axis and also have an outer shoulder. A resilient biasing member can be positioned against the outer shoulder of the bushing ring for radially biasing the inner diameter of the bushing ring radially inwardly in a centralizing manner about the axial axis for engaging and centralizing the shaft slidably positioned therethrough.
