Fluid additive control valve
A valve arrangement includes various improvements useable in the context of a fluid additive system, such as a water softener. For example, the valve assembly may include a seal assembly engaged by a reciprocating piston, in which the seal assembly includes a minimal number of parts, is easily assembled, and can be easily inserted in the bore of the valve body without jeopardizing the integrity of the seals. The valve assembly may further include a quick-disconnect system which allows a “control head” including a valve actuation system and electronic controls to be disconnected from the rest of the valve arrangement with only a partial rotation of the control head. The valve assembly may also include a venturi used for drawing regeneration fluid into the system, and an associated venturi cleaner system which allows a user to unclog the fluid-flow orifice of the venturi without any disassembly of parts of the valve arrangement.
HYDRAULIC OIL CONTROL VALVE AND VALVE TIMING ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
A hydraulic oil control valve is coaxially disposed with a rotational axis of a valve timing adjustment device. The hydraulic oil control valve includes a sleeve, a spool, a movement restricting portion, a fixing member. The sleeve includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. The fixing member is fixed to an end portion of the outer sleeve facing the actuator. The fixing member is configured to restrict the inner sleeve from moving in a circumferential direction relative to the outer sleeve and to restrict the inner sleeve and the spool from coming off from the outer sleeve toward the actuator in the axial direction.
Switch valve and piston rod with switch valve
A switch over valve, in particular for controlling a hydraulic fluid flow, comprising: a contact element; and a sleeve shaped connecting section including a first bore hole for connecting with a first hydraulic fluid conduit, a second bore hole for connecting with a second hydraulic fluid conduit, and a relief bore hole for connecting with a relief channel, wherein the contact element is arranged in the sleeve shaped connecting section and optionally displaceable into a first switching position or a second switching position, wherein the first hydraulic fluid conduit is connected with the relief channel in the first switching position and the second hydraulic fluid conduit is connected with the relief channel in the second switching position, characterized in that the cut off valves are provided which are integrated into the switch over valve.
Control unit for the pneumatic actuation of an active creel
A control unit for pneumatic actuation of a cylinder, in particular an active creel of a textile-processing machine or a cabling machine, having a compressed air inlet for connecting a compressed air supply, a working air outlet for operating the cylinder, which acts at least on one side, a valve unit arranged between the compressed air inlet and the working air outlet, and an operating element for opening the valve unit to trigger a lifting movement of the cylinder. In order to provide a control unit for pneumatic actuation of an active creel, the actuation of the creel being particularly simple by the control unit, so that an operator can use the creel more easily, quickly and safely, and in addition the creel is protected from damage by incorrect operation, the control unit for achieving a self-retaining valve function, in which the lifting movement of the cylinder is fully executed with a single and/or brief actuation of the operating element, and for the control unit is connected to an end position sensor of the cylinder such that, when the end position sensor is activated, the valve unit is closed and/or the cylinder connected to the working air outlet is automatically depressurized when or after an end position is reached.
Electromagnetic valve manifold
An electromagnetic valve manifold includes an electromagnetic valve including an output port, a manifold base including an output passage, and a spacer arranged between the manifold base and the electromagnetic valve. The spacer includes a spacer block including a shaft hole and a manual shaft accommodated in the shaft hole. The spacer block includes an output connecting passage that is connected to the shaft hole and connects the output passage and the output port to each other. The manual shaft is configured to be manually operated to be switched between a first switching position, in which the manual shaft allows for connection between the output passage and the output port through the output connecting passage, and a second switching position, in which the manual shaft blocks the connection between the output passage and the output port through the output connecting passage.
ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE MANIFOLD
An electromagnetic valve manifold includes an electromagnetic valve and a manifold base. The electromagnetic valve includes a manual shaft. The manual shaft is configured to be manually operated to be switched between a first switching position, in which the manual shaft allows movement of the valve member relative to the valve hole, and a second switching position in which the manual shaft restricts movement of the valve member relative to the valve hole. The manual shaft includes a projection that is projected into and retracted from the valve hole. The valve member includes at least one recess in an outer surface of the valve member. The manual shaft is configured such that, in a state in which the manual shaft is located in the second switching position, the projection is projected into the valve hole and engaged with the recess, so as to restrict movement of the valve member.
INTERLOCKED SINGLE FUNCTION ACTIVATION VALVE
An interlocked single function activation valve for hydraulic systems is disclosed. The hydraulic valve prevents unsafe tie-down or safety override situations by requiring the safety mechanism to be reset each time the hydraulic system is used. The hydraulic valve includes an interlock spool that moves to an extension position when the hydraulic system is de-pressurized and then re-pressurized while the control lever is engaged (i.e., tied down). When the interlock spool is in the extension position, it prevents the system from reaching a working pressure, thereby forcing a reset of the control lever before the system can reach working pressure.
