Method and mechanism for symmetrically controlling pressure in process chamber
Disclosed herein are embodiments of a value assembly, methods of manufacturing the same, and methods of using the same. In one embodiment, a sensor assembly comprises a housing having a through-bore, a first flap coupled to a first shaft and a second flap coupled to a second shaft, wherein the first shaft and the second shaft are coupled within the housing; and one or more gear assemblies coupled to the first shaft and the second shaft, wherein the gear assemblies are configured to rotate the first flap and the second flap from a first position to a second position to prevent a flow from traversing through the through-bore, and from the second position to the first position to allow the flow to traverse through the through-bore.
Backwater valve with control linkage
A backwater valve has a valve body, and a valve member pivotally movable about a pivot axis between an open position away from the valve body and a closed position covering the valve body. A control linkage is provided with at least one of a float or a counterweight in communication with the valve member via the control linkage to modify operation of the valve member.
Butterfly check valve
A butterfly check valve is disclosed, which includes a housing defining an interior chamber having an inlet and an outlet; a control valve configured to control a flow between the inlet and the outlet, the control valve including a valve member movable to an open position in which a flow is permitted between the inlet and the outlet and a closed position in which the flow is blocked between the inlet and the outlet; and a check valve arranged downstream of the control valve, the check valve including a dome-shaped clapper configured to seal against an outer periphery of a clapper seat within the interior chamber of the housing in a reverse flow from the outlet to the inlet.
Check Valve With Integral Handle
A check valve assembly includes a body, a valve assembly configured to engage a port of the check valve assembly, and a handle integrally formed with the body and extending from a substantially cylindrical exterior surface thereof. The handle includes a first vertical support member having a first interior surface, a second vertical support member having a second interior surface, and a horizontal support member that has a third interior surface and extends between the first and second vertical support members. The first, second, and third internal surfaces, and the exterior surface of the body member, define a handle aperture. The first and second interior surfaces of the handle aperture are configured to accommodate first and second bolts of a pipe flange fitting extending through the handle aperture.
Check-valve
[Problem] To provide a check-valve in which the occurrence of damage such as tearing, deformation, etc., can be suppressed. [Solution] A check-valve opens and closes an opening provided in a main body and prevents a backflow of a fluid passing through the opening; and the check-valve includes a base part 71 which is flexible, and a valve part 72 which opens and closes the opening, has a thickness thinner than a thickness of the base part 71, and is connected to the base part 71 in a state in which a periphery of the valve part 72 is surrounded with the base part 71. The valve part 72 seals the opening in a normal state of the valve part 72 being pre-urged toward the main body by an elasticity of the base part 71, and opens the opening when the fluid passes through the opening in one direction.
Locked backwater valve
A backwater valve has a hollow valve body with an inlet and an outlet and a valve member pivotally movable about a pivot axis disposed above the inlet. The valve member is movable between a closed position covering the inlet and an open position. The valve member has a specific gravity that is greater than water and has a basin that causes the valve member to be buoyant when the basin is filled with air. A releasable latch holds the valve member in the open position and releases the valve member when the valve member pivots to a release position. A rotational stop engages the valve member at a fill position permitting water to overflow into the basin.
Reciprocating piston machine with cooling device
A reciprocating piston machine for compressing a fluid, more particularly ambient air, for a compressed air system of a motor vehicle, includes a cylinder housing and a cylinder head constructed layer by layer and including a valve carrier element with an outlet valve, a chamber plate and a head plate with a pressure medium outlet. A cooling medium channel for cooling at least a partial region of the cylinder head and an outlet channel for connecting the outlet valve to the pressure medium outlet are provided and extend through components of the cylinder head, at least in portions. In order to improve the cooling, at least a partial portion of the cooling medium channel and a partial portion of the outlet channel are allocated to the cylinder housing.
Combination control and check valve assembly for a wet piping system
A combination control and check valve assembly for a wet piping system includes a control valve in the form of a ball valve and a one-way check valve mounted within the flow pathway of the ball valve. A valve actuation assembly is mounted to the valve assembly to selectively rotate the ball valve between the open and closed positions thereof. The valve actuation assembly is mounted to a first side of the valve assembly and rotationally fixed to the ball, whereby rotation of the valve actuation assembly rotates the ball between the open and closed positions. A side opening is formed in a second side of the valve assembly that is angularly spaced from the first side. The side opening is positioned to align with the fluid flow pathway of the ball valve in the closed position thereof to provide access to the check valve.
Flapper valves with hydrofoil and valve systems
Pivot valves have a valve seat and a valve closure mounted for pivoting movement through a closure chamber in a passage. The pivot valves may be selectively set in a check mode and an open mode. Flapper valves have a hydrofoil extending from a flapper. Valve assemblies comprise the pivot valves and flapper valves and have an open condition, a check condition, and a shut-off condition.
Adjustable check valve
A check valve has an internal gate having an adjustable retention force, such that in the event that if the differential pressure between the upstream and downstream pressure changes, the force required to allow flow through the valve may be adjusted without removal of the valve from the piping system.
