GAS VALVE ASSEMBLY
A valve assembly consists essentially of a valve body having an inlet port and an outlet port; a valve retainer at least partially housed within the valve body; a valve poppet positioned within the valve body; a magnet affixed within the valve body near the valve body inlet port; and a solenoid coil mounted around the valve body.
SOLENOID VALVE ABNORMALITY DETECTION DEVICE, AUTOMATIC MEDICAL ANALYSIS APPARATUS USING SAME, AND SOLENOID VALVE ABNORMALITY DETECTION METHOD
The present invention accurately estimates the opening state of a solenoid valve using a feature amount based on driving current information of the solenoid valve. A solenoid valve abnormality detection device, which uses a driving current pattern associated with valve opening of a solenoid valve and detected by a current sensor to detect an abnormality of the solenoid valve, comprises: a feature amount extraction unit that determines a feature amount of a driving current pattern associated with valve opening of the solenoid valve within a predetermined detection period; a feature amount correction unit that estimates the valve temperature of the solenoid valve; and an opening state estimation unit that estimates the opening state of the solenoid valve using the feature amount value corrected by the feature amount correction unit.
Electromagnetic actuating device and method for manufacturing an electromagnetic actuating device
An electromagnetic actuating device. The device includes an electromagnetic coil including a central recess extending in an axial direction, a cylindrical pole tube inserted into the central recess and provided with a magnetic separation point, an armature situated displaceably in the pole tube, the armature being movable by an actuation of the electromagnetic coil, the armature being mounted in the pole tube in a sleeve-shaped bearing foil inserted into the pole tube, the bearing foil including an inner side facing toward the armature and used as a sliding surface and an outer side facing toward the cylindrical pole tube. It is provided that the bearing foil is coated at least on the inner side using a first layer made of perfluoroalkoxy polymer. A manufacturing method for such an electromagnetic actuating device is also described.
Electromagnetic valve
To provide an electromagnetic valve that can prevent damage due to wear of a valve element and a case of a solenoid, or occurrence of a striking sound when a valve is opened. An electromagnetic valve includes a solenoid having a case, a flow path member, and a columnar valve element that is housed in the valve element housing portion of the flow path member and moves with a plunger of the solenoid to open and close a flow path. A first seat member in contact with the plunger is disposed on the valve element, and a second seat member in contact with the plunger is disposed on the case of the solenoid. An elastic modulus of the first seat member is larger than an elastic modulus of the valve element, and an elastic modulus of the second seat member is smaller than an elastic modulus of the case.
SOLENOID VALVE
A valve portion of a solenoid valve has a sleeve and a spool. The sleeve has a housing portion larger than an insertion hole in a radial direction. An elastic member is arranged in the housing portion to urge a stator core toward a bottom of a yoke. The elastic member is in contact with a surface of the housing portion, which is non-contact with the spool, facing toward a solenoid portion. The elastic member is in contact with an end surface of a magnetic attraction core adjacent to the valve portion.
VALVE ASSEMBLY FOR BRAKE APPARATUS OF VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A valve assembly for a vehicle brake apparatus is disclosed, including a solenoid valve, a pump housing having a bore accommodating the solenoid valve at least partially, a coil for applying a magnetic force to the solenoid valve, a circuit board configured to generate a signal for controlling opening and closing of the solenoid valve, a circuit board housing for accommodating the circuit board, a bobbin at least partially disposed inside the coil, a pin coupled to the bobbin and configured to supply an electric current to the coil, and a coil case at least partially disposed radially outwardly of the coil. Here, the bobbin is coupled with a compression unit that is in external contact with one surface of the circuit board and configured to compress the bobbin and the coil case toward the pump housing.
MAGNETIC ACTUATOR, VALVE ARRANGEMENT AND METHOD
A magnetic actuator having an actuator element, a coil for actuating the actuator element, and a circuit for energizing the coil, the circuit having a supply voltage input to which a supply voltage for energizing the coil is appliable, and the circuit being configured to provide a clocked energization of the coil in a holding current reduction phase and to adapt a duty cycle of the clocked energization as a function of the supply voltage.
MODULAR PRESSURE REGULATION VALVE FOR A SHOCK ABSORBER
A pressure regulation valve including a multiplicity of function modules, preferably pre-mounted function modules, with a pilot stage module and an actuator module, which are firmly interconnected via a press connection, preferably exclusively a press connection, and which preferably have a central axis. A shock absorber with at least one pressure regulation valve.
Solenoid valve with permanent magnets
A latching assembly for a solenoid operated valve includes a solenoid assembly including a core defining a bore extending along an axis, and a coil mounted to the core and disposed about the axis. The solenoid operated valve further includes an armature assembly including an armature stud disposed at least partially within the bore and extending along the axis, an armature disc disposed radially about a portion of the armature stud and defining at least one window, and at least one stationary magnet respectively disposed within the at least one window.
ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE MODULE
Improvement of maintainability in a device on which a solenoid valve is mounted. An aspect of an electromagnetic valve module includes a cover detachably attached to an attachment portion of a housing as a part of the housing enclosing a fluid control device that controls fluid by a detachably attached electromagnetic valve, and an electromagnetic valve attached to the cover and mounted on the fluid control device as the cover is attached to the attachment portion.
