One-touch lock valve and raw material container
A one-touch valve including a valve main body (1) having a valve body incorporated therein, a stem (3) mounted on the valve main body, a rotating handle (6) fixedly attached to an upper part of the stem, a holder (21) accommodated in the rotating handle, and a lock mechanism (10) arranged in the holder and the rotating handle. The lock mechanism is formed of a spring inserted into the holder, a spherical body provided on a lower spring-back side of the spring, a lock member having a midway on a rear end side axially attached to the holder, having a rear end part pressed by spring-back via the spherical body, and having a tip part side abutting on a lower edge part of the rotating handle in a spring-back state, and an engagement groove where the tip end part side of the lock member is locked by the rotating handle.
Lock device and valve device
Provided are a valve device free of changes in the position of the valve member caused by external force and fluid pressure, and a lock device for the valve device. The lock device has a tubular member fitted to the rotating part of the valve device so that the member is movable along the axis of the rotating part in both directions, wherein the member has a protrusion on its inner circumferential face along its axis, and the protrusion engages with or disengages from recesses in an outer circumferential face of a holder of the rotating part formed along its axis when the member moves in either direction; or the member has recesses in its inner circumferential face formed along its axis, and the recesses engage with or disengage from a protrusion on the outer circumferential face of the holder along its axis when the member moves in either direction.
Foldable handle for manually-operated quarter-turn valves
A valve handle for manually-operated quarter-turn valves, such as plug valves and ball valves, has two members which are hingedly attached, allowing an outwardly extending portion of the valve handle to be folded downwardly and against the valve body when the valve is in the closed position. A locking mechanism on the valve handle locks the handle in an operational position. When the lock is deactivated, the outwardly extending portion may be folded downwardly. The locking mechanism may have a clip portion which engages a stop on the valve body, which prevents the inadvertent opening of the valve when the outwardly extending portion is folded downwardly.
SPOUT WITH LIQUID DISPENSING VALVE
A device for filling or discharging a liquid includes an elongated body, a coaxial closure sleeve mounted axially on the main sleeve, wherein the main sleeve is slidable relative to the closure sleeve and the body and comprises an outlet end on its side remote from the body and an inlet end on the side closer to the body, facing the liquid inlet, at the inlet side the main sleeve has lateral surface outflow openings, a push-button for actuating the liquid outflow located at the outflow end of the device, located on the main sleeve at its outlet end side, which said push-button is non-rotatably mounted thereon, and between the main sleeve and the closure sleeve a sealing diaphragm, as well as the helical spring of the push-button are arranged. The liquid flows by axially displacing the push-button member.
Emergency stop valve
The invention relates to shut-off valve for controlling flow of a pressurised gas. The shut-off valve comprising a body defining a passage extending between a gas inlet channel and a gas outlet channel, a sealing element, and an emergency stop mechanism. The sealing element arranged to, in a first position, close the passage, and in a second position, open the passage to allow gas to flow between the gas inlet channel and the gas outlet channel through the passage. The invention also relates to a method for controlling flow of a pressurised gas with a shut-off valve and a method for activating an emergency stop of a shut-off valve.
Gas shut-off valve
A shut-off valve that has a closure orifice, a closure member to open and close a gas passage through the shut-off valve, an electromagnetic actuator including a movable assembly attached to the closure member, the closure member, and an electromagnetic filed generator magnetically associated with the movable assembly. The shut-off valve also includes a manual actuator for acting on the movable assembly, the manual actuator comprising an open position in which it is decoupled from the movable assembly, the electromagnetic actuator thus being able to act on the closure member to cause its closure.
VALVE DEVICE
A valve device includes a body having a fluid passage formed therein, a valve element configured to open and close the fluid passage, a stem arranged to be configured to move toward and away from the valve element to cause the valve element to open and close the fluid passage, an actuator having a casing coupled to the body, and drive unit arranged in the casing to drive the stem by an operating fluid supplied from outside, and a valve mechanism provided at the casing and configured to open and close a passage of the operating fluid to the drive unit.
VALVE WITH LOCKING SLIDE
A valve system includes a spring-biased locking slide plate which extends in an axial direction parallel to and offset from the axis of the valve stem and selectively extends through a base plate mounted to the top of a valve to selectively engage stop tabs on the valve body. The locking slide plate also extends through the valve handle and through a locking member to selectively lock the valve in open or closed positions. In one embodiment, the locking slide plate comprises two sections which include a lower section having tines which selectively engage tabs on the valve body and a second upper section which is spring-biased to the lower section to float to allow the lower section to accommodate different diameter valve bodies.
SAFETY CONTROL LOCKOUT KNOB
A control knob for controlling the operation of a component of a household appliance is disclosed. The control knob includes a body configured to be attached to a rotatable rod extending from the appliance. A locking element reversibly secures the body in at least one rotational position. The locking element is movable between a first position and a second position. The locking element is configured to engage with a notch to rotatably secure the body in the at least one rotational position when the locking element is in the first position, and to disengage from the notch to permit the body to be rotated when the locking element is in the second position.
METHOD FOR SELECTIVELY COUPLING OR UNCOUPLING A COUPLING, AND A COUPLING THEREFOR
A method for selectively coupling or uncoupling a coupling with a release, arranged between the supply conduit and a cylinder, on the basis of pressure in a supply conduit. The method includes providing an operating pressure prevailing in the supply conduit in order to provide hydraulic liquid to the cylinder on the basis thereof, and providing an uncoupling pressure prevailing in the supply conduit for the purpose of activating shut-off valves in the supply conduit and on the cylinder, and activating a release which uncouples the coupling. A coupling for respectively coupling and uncoupling a supply conduit which is connected to the coupling to/from a cylinder, as well as to an assembly including a pump, a cylinder, a supply conduit between the pump and the cylinder, and such a coupling.
