Rotary control valve
A rotary control valve includes: a rotor including a tubular part and an opening in the tubular part; a seal member including a contact face, an internal passage, a noncontact part, and a ridge; a biasing member structured to cause the contact face of the seal member to be pressed on the tubular part; and a drive mechanism structured to rotate the rotor. The contact face is structured to be in sliding contact with the tubular part, and has an arc-curved surface shaped to fit with an outer periphery of the tubular part. The internal passage is structured to communicate with the opening of the tubular part. The noncontact part is formed at least one of ends of the arc-curved surface in a rotational direction of the tubular part, and is structured to be out of contact with the tubular part so as to define the ridge.
CONTROL DEVICE FOR THE COOLANT FLOW IN A COOLING CIRCUIT OF AN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
This disclosure pertains to a control device for the coolant flow in a cooling circuit of an internal combustion engine with the following characteristics: a housing with an inlet opening, an outlet opening and a movable control element for varying the flow-through cross section of the channel; an annular seal arrangement comprising a sealing frame and a sealing ring is seated between a sealing surface of the housing and a sealing surface of the control element. According to this disclosure, it is proposed that the sealing ring rests against a plane sealing surface of the housing in a sealing fashion and meets this plane sealing surface along a contact line that encloses a first surface area. Depending on the flow direction through the seal arrangement, the sealing ring features a surface section that has a defined circumference referred to the length of the contact line between the sealing ring and the housing. The sealing surface of the sealing frame is perpendicularly projected into a plane of projection and thereby has an inner and/or outer boundary line, which respectively encloses a second or third surface area that has a certain relation to the first surface area.
Sealing High Pressure Flow Devices
Apparatus and method contemplating a high pressure fluid end assembly having a body defining a body bore and defining a recess in the body intersecting the body bore. A closure is joined to the body and forms a sealing surface. A seal is mounted to the body in the recess and configured to extend from the recess beyond the body bore to seal against the sealing surface formed by the closure.
DOUBLE SEALING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRONIC VALVE, SEALING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRONIC VALVE, AND ELECTRONIC VALVE WITH STATIC SEALING STRUCTURE

The sealing member has inlet end connected to valve core and outlet end connected to connecting pipe; the electronic valve includes valve body, valve cover, flow rate control device, and the connecting pipe; the flow rate control device includes the valve core; the valve body is provided therein with valve core accommodating chamber and connecting pipe connection port; the valve core is disposed in the valve core accommodating chamber; the connecting pipe is welded to end of the connecting pipe connection port on the valve body. The electronic valve further includes the above sealing member, and the sealing member is located between the connecting pipe and the connecting pipe connection port. Meanwhile, the electronic valve includes static sealing structure and/or double sealing structure.
HYDRAULIC END ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE OF A PLUNGER PUMP
A hydraulic end assembly structure of a plunger pump, comprising a valve housing assembly, a suction gland and a suction pressing cap. The suction gland is connected to the suction pressing cap, and the suction gland is connected to the valve housing assembly through the suction packing seal assembly.
Control valve
A control valve includes a valve housing, a joint member, a valve body, and a sealing tube member. The sealing tube member has a biasing pressure receiving surface that receives a pressure of a liquid inside the valve housing and biases the sealing tube member to the valve body side. An area S1 of the biasing pressure receiving surface and an area S2 of a valve sliding contact surface of the sealing tube member are set to satisfy Expressions (1) and (2),
S1<S2≤S1/k (1)
α≤k<1 (2) where k is a pressure reduction constant of a liquid flowing through a minute gap between the valve sliding contact surface and the valve body, and α is a lower limit value for the pressure reduction constant determined based on physical properties of a liquid.
Sealing High Pressure Flow Devices
Apparatus and method contemplating a high pressure flow device having a body defining a body bore and defining a recess in the body intersecting the body bore. A closure is joined to the body and forms a sealing surface. A seal is mounted to the body in the recess and configured to extend from the recess beyond the body bore to seal against the sealing surface formed by the closure.
Valve poppets and valve seats for high-speed reciprocating compressor capacity unloaders
An improved unloader valve assembly for a high-speed reciprocating compressor includes improved poppets and valve seat designs. The improved poppets and valve seats are useful for reducing or eliminating poppet leakage and high impact stresses on the sealing surfaces of the poppets, and are especially intended for use with high-speed reciprocating compressors operating at 1000 rpm and higher. A control chamber spacer plate for creating a control pressure chamber within the unloader valve assembly, and a valve seat cushioning plate for reducing stress on the head ends of the poppets are also described.
SEALING HIGH PRESSURE FLOW DEVICES
A fluid end assembly comprising a housing having multiple conduits formed therein. A tubular sleeve is installed within one of the conduits and is configured to house a plurality of packing seals. A seal is installed within a groove formed in the walls of the housing surrounding the tubular sleeve such that the seal engages an outer surface of the tubular sleeve.
Globe valve assembly
