A device for distributing fluid media for a rotary machine, in particular a filling machine, including: a rotary distributor having a non-rotatably designed first assembly and a second assembly designed to be rotatable about a machine's axis of rotation, wherein the first assembly comprises one or several supply points for at least one fluid medium, and one or several supply lines for the at least one fluid medium connected with the supply point or supply points, wherein at least one supply line includes two or more lying swivel joints whose axes of rotation are arranged essentially in parallel to the machine's axis of rotation.

Rotary union with integral sensor array

A rotary union that includes rotating and non-rotating machine components, each having a sealing ring, which can together form a mechanical face seal. A rotor disposed on the rotating machine component includes one or more magnets. A sensor array disposed in the housing includes a plurality of sensing elements that are integrated with a control device, a communication device, and a power storage device. The sensor array further includes a magnetic pickup coil disposed to closely overlap the outer periphery of the rotor. When the rotating machine component rotates, the magnet creates a rotating magnetic field that cooperates with the magnetic pickup coil to produce electrical power to operate the sensor array.

A fluid pipeline connection device includes a fixed base, a floating piece, a connecting tube, and a plurality of elastic bodies. The fixed base includes a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to each other. The floating piece abuts against the first side surface and the second side surface. The connecting tube passes through the first side surface and the second side surface of the fixed base, and the connecting tube is combined with the floating piece. The elastic bodies are disposed in the fixed base, and the elastic bodies are in contact with the connecting tube.

Hose connector

A hose connector has a first connecting joint, a second connecting joint, and a connecting duct. The first connecting joint comprises an inner neck rim having an inner threaded aperture and a containment space connecting to the inner threaded aperture. The first connecting joint further comprises a threaded outer wall, and a bottom surface of the neck rim has a plurality of engaging grooves. The second connecting joint comprises a hollow base having a neck section connected to a lip, and the neck section is configured for insertion in the containment space of the first connecting joint. A top surface of the lip has a plurality of engaging protrusions pushing against the neck rim or engaging with the engaging groove. The connecting duct comprises an outer threaded section and an enlarged flange, and the connecting duct is mounted through the neck section and the lip.

Connecting pipe

A connecting pipe has a connecting pipe portion having, at the opposite ends thereof, connection opening end portions. The connecting pipe has a bendable portion provided between the opposite ends of the connecting pipe portion to allow the connecting pipe portion to be bent relative to the longitudinal axis of the connecting pipe portion. The connecting pipe further has rigid portions extending from the bendable portion to the connection opening end portions, respectively. The rigid portions have a higher rigidity than the bendable portion. Bending the connecting pipe portion at the bendable portion allows the connection opening end portions at the opposite ends to be fitted to associated pipe end portions, respectively. The connecting pipe portion has an elastic restoring force to maintain the state where the connection opening end portions are fitted to the associated pipe end openings, respectively.

Rotary seal and bearing

Systems and methods for sealing a static or rotary tube to a rotary tube that is part of a thermal unit performing an airless or oxygen starved high-temperature incineration process like pyrolysis. Embodiments comprise a seal comprising a bearing assembly suspended on gimbals, the bearing assembly comprising an outer housing supporting therebetween a plurality of support rollers in contact with a rolling seal disk disposed between the flanges of the tubes. Embodiments comprise features that aid in preventing the bad effects of high temperatures and axial thrust loads of the tubes, including coordinating beveled portions on the support rollers and rolling seal disk. Embodiments comprise features for modularity and ease of maintenance, including gland plates, bore holes for oil and/or grease.

Methods and systems for determining residual life of a swivel

A system and method for determining a residual life of a swivel. The method includes determining at least one of an angular rotation, a linear displacement and a rotational direction of at least one swivel and determining rotational count of the at least one swivel based on the determined at least one of the angular rotation, the linear displacement and the rotational direction of the at least one swivel. Further, the method includes indicating a residual life information of the at least one swivel based on the determined rotational count of the at least one swivel. Further, the embodiments herein also provide an electronic device for determining residual life of a swivel.

Articulating faucet
