Hot swappable fracking pump system

A pump connection point to a fracturing manifold includes a valve configured to isolate the fracturing manifold from an outside fluid source. A connector is attached to the valve opposite the well fracturing manifold. A guide is attached to the connector. The guide configured to align a fluid line to mate with the connector.

Subsea arrangement

A subsea arrangement comprising a first subsea structure, a second subsea structure, and a clamp connector. The first subsea structure is provided with at least one coupling member which is designed to mate with a corresponding coupling member on a first side of the clamp connector so as to allow the clamp connector to be releasably connected and secured to the first subsea structure through these coupling members. The second subsea structure is provided with at least one coupling member which is designed to mate with a corresponding coupling member on an opposite second side of the clamp connector so as to allow the clamp connector to be releasably connected and secured to the second subsea structure through these coupling members.

Method and Apparatus for Disconnection of Hoses and Other Conduits
20170219147 · 2017-08-03 · ·

A disconnect assembly for operationally attaching a hose or other fluid conduit to a fluid inlet, and selectively decoupling the hose or conduit from the fluid inlet. In a first locked position, a fluid pressure seal is formed permitting pressurized flow of fluids through the disconnect assembly. In a second unlocked position, the hose or other fluid conduit can be quickly, safely and efficiently decoupled from the disconnect assembly such as, for example, during an emergency or unforeseen crisis. Following such decoupling, fluid is automatically contained and prevented from discharging into a surrounding environment.

Subsea wellhead assembly

A subsea wellhead assembly and a method of installing a subsea well head assembly. The subsea wellhead assembly includes: a conductor; a subsea wellhead; and subsea riser system equipment mounted on the subsea wellhead. The subsea riser system equipment is connected to the conductor such that forces can be transmitted from the subsea riser equipment to the conductor in both tension and compression.

CONNECTION DEVICE AND CONNECTION ASSEMBLY

This connection device (D) comprises a shaft (17) which is mobile in translation, a piston (19) integral with the shaft (17), a sleeve (35) which extends around the shaft (17), this sleeve being movable between a rear position and a forward position, and locking members housed in the sleeve (35), each locking member being movable relative to the sleeve between a locking configuration and a release configuration. The shaft (17) is movable between a disconnected position in which the shaft (17) does not oppose movement of the locking members to their release configuration, and the sleeve (35) is in the forward position, and a connected position in which the shaft (17) opposes movement of the locking members into their release configuration and the sleeve (35) is in the rear position, through an intermediate position, in which the shaft (17) opposes movement of the locking members into their release configuration and the sleeve (35) is in the forward position.

SUBSEA PIPE ENDS CONNECTIONS

A clamp device in various examples facilitates fluid tightness of a subsea pipe ends connection between first and second pipes arranged end to end. Systems, apparatuses, and methods in various examples include pipe adapter devices which couple the clamp device to the arrangement of first and second pipes, the clamp device having first and second clamp members for urging the pipe ends together by varying or setting a spacing between the first and second clamp members along the pipes and actuation means for operating the first and second clamp members to vary or set the spacing.

Dockside ship-to-ship transfer of LNG

Systems and methods for dockside regasification of liquefied natural gas (LNG) are described herein. The methods include providing LNG from a LNG carrier to a regasification vessel. The LNG may be regasified on the regasification vessel. The regasified natural gas may be discharged with a high pressure arm to a dock and delivered onshore. The regasification vessel may be moored to the dock. The LNG carrier may be moored to the regasification vessel or the dock.

MECHANIZED GLADHAND

The present technology describes systems and methods for a mechanized gladhand and an end effector. The mechanized gladhand may have a collar capable of rotational motion while the mating surface may be in contact with a second surface without rotating. This may reduce reaction loads while maintaining the integrity of the connection. The end effector may include a drive motor, clasping tool, and/or driving installed tool that may be used to couple a tool with the gladhand or may be used in other applications. The end effector may have a compact design to allow precise control. The movement of the end effector with the gladhand may be controlled based on image processing to align the tool with another component.

CONNECTION SYSTEM AND CONNECTING METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING FLUIDS BETWEEN TWO VEHICLES OR BETWEEN A VEHICLE AND A FIXED STRUCTURE
20220204191 · 2022-06-30 ·

Connection systems and connecting methods for transferring fluids. According to one embodiment, the connection system includes an active unit having an active connection assembly connected to a first supply conduit and a passive unit including a passive connection assembly connected to a second supply conduit. The active connection assembly includes a first connector coupled to the first supply conduit, an active sleeve externally coupled to the first connector, and sealing means fixed inside the active sleeve which, in a fluid disconnection position, surrounds the first connector, preventing the outflow of fluid from the first connector. The passive connection assembly includes a second connector connected to a second supply conduit, the active unit including drive means for causing the movement of the active sleeve between the fluid disconnection position and a fluid connection position without axially moving the first and second connectors.

FLUID CONNECTION ASSEMBLY WITH ADAPTER RELEASE

A remotely-operated fluid connection assembly to hold higher internal pressures in larger diameters. The assembly comprises a fluid connection adapter and a fluid connection housing assembly. When the adapter enters the housing assembly: (A) locking elements on the housing assembly constrict about the adapter; and (B) a first seal section on the adapter sealingly contacts a first seal bore on the housing assembly. Progressive engagement of a locking ring tightens the locking elements against the adapter. Internal pressure further tightens the adapter against the locking elements and the first seal section against the first seal bore. The fluid connection adapter also provides a release collar in adapter release embodiments. Extension of the locking ring away from the fluid connection housing during disengagement contacts the release collar and separates the fluid connection adapter from the fluid connection housing assembly.
