Transportation pipe
A transportation pipe includes a main-body vacuum insulated pipe, a central pipe, and a connecting vacuum insulated pipe. The main-body vacuum insulated pipe including a double pipe structure includes a vacuum part in a region between an inner pipe and an outer pipe. The central pipe through which a fluid to be transported flows, is arranged in the main-body vacuum insulated pipe. The connecting vacuum insulated pipe having a double pipe structure includes a vacuum part in a region between an inner pipe and an outer pipe. In a state in which two main-body vacuum insulated pipes are inserted into the connecting vacuum insulated pipe from respective ends of the connecting vacuum insulated pipe, ends of the main-body vacuum insulated pipes are away from one another, and the main-body vacuum insulated pipes are connected to one another via the connecting vacuum insulated pipe.

PREFORMED INSUALTION FITTING
A method of manufacturing a preformed elbow insulation fitting includes applying an adhesive to an edge surface of each of a plurality of insulation gore components. After applying the adhesive, the plurality of insulation gore components are formed around a mold. When forming the plurality of gores around the mold, adjacent gores of the plurality of gores are adhered together to form a preformed insulation elbow around the mold. The preformed insulation embow can include a split line space between gore components running radially along a perimeter of the preformed insulation elbow. The preformed insulation elbow is then removed from the mold.

MODULAR HEATER ASSEMBLIES FOR USE IN FLUID CONDUITS
A modular heater assembly includes resistive heaters disposed along sections of a fluid conduit system, insulation members around the resistive heaters, and at least one insulation block around a fitting. The fitting is configured to join at least two adjacent sections of the fluid conduit system and defines an exterior geometric profile. The insulation block includes a central recess extending axially in a direction of one of the at least two adjacent sections and defining an internal geometric profile substantially matching the external geometric profile of the fitting, and a peripheral aperture. The peripheral aperture is open to the central recess, defines an internal geometric profile substantially matching an external geometric profile of another of the at least two adjacent sections, extends through a sidewall of the insulation block, and is axially aligned with the another of the at least two adjacent sections.
High temperature protection wrap for plastic pipes and pipe appliances
A concentric, multi-layer laminated wrap for protection of plastic pipes including up to 60-minute fire endurance, low flame spread, low smoke, and toxic products of combustion. The laminated wrap can withstand temperatures up to 2000° F. for up to a period of 60 minutes. The concentric laminated wrap includes an inner support layer that provides strength, an intermediate fire protective coating layer that provides fire, heat, and high temperature protection, and an outer top coating layer that provides resistance to abrasion, impact, and environmental factors including water, salt water, hydrocarbons, chemicals, and gases. The protection to plastic pipes and pipe appliances is provided by the fire protective coating layer that is applied directly to the pipe or as a layer in the laminated wrap around the pipe. The present invention is disclosed for fire, heat, and high temperature protection of pipes, including linear pipes and pipe appliances such as flanges, couplings, valves, joints, tees, and bends.
