COMPOSITE STRUCTURE

The present disclosure provides a composite structure, including first and second structure layers which are opposite to each other and adjustment bodies. The first structure layer includes first structure bodies. The second structure layer includes second structure bodies. The first structure bodies and the second structure bodies are staggered. First connecting portions protruding toward the second structure layer are provided at predetermined positions on the first structure bodies where the first structure bodies are staggered relative to the second structure bodies, and second connecting portions protruding toward the first structure layer are provided at predetermined positions on the second structure bodies where the second structure bodies are staggered relative to the first structure bodies, and the first connecting portions and the second connection portions are staggered. The adjustment bodies are connected in a layer direction between the first connecting portions and the second connecting portions.

A metal product includes a metal substrate, at least one first hole, at least one second hole, and at least one third hole. The first hole is formed in a surface of the metal substrate. The second hole is formed in at least one of a portion of the surface of the metal substrate without the first hole and an inner surface defining the first hole. The third hole is formed in at least one of a portion of the surface of the metal substrate without the first hole and without the second hole, a portion of the inner surface defining the first hole without the second hole, and an inner surface defining the second hole. The first, second, and third holes enhance a bonding strength between the metal product and a material product. The disclosure also provides a metal composite and a method for manufacturing the metal product.

Metal product, method for manufacturing the metal product, and metal composite

A metal product includes a metal substrate, at least one first hole, at least one second hole, and at least one third hole. The first hole is formed in a surface of the metal substrate. Base plate unit

The base plate unit body comprises at least one bearing part, each bearing part comprising a panel, a plurality of web plates extending downwards from the bottom of the panel, and bottom supports disposed at the lower end of the web plates. The web plates comprise two side-web plates on the two sides of the panel and a middle web plate in the middle. The foot plates are disposed on the two outer sides of the bottom of the base plate unit body, and are formed by the bottoms of the two side-web plates on the outmost side of the base plate unit body respectively extending outwards horizontally. Also provided is a base plate unit provided with a cavity filling member.
