Suspension system for an inner container mounted for thermal insulation in an outer container and container arrangement
Suspension system for an inner container mounted for thermal insulation in an outer container. Rod-shaped fixed bearing securing elements of a fixed bearing system engage the outer container and the inner container and can be stressed in tension and compression. Fixed bearing securing elements engage the inner container while being arranged so as to be distributed in an annular installation space between the inner container and outer container, and they engage the outer container while being distributed in the annular installation space. A floating bearing system with a floating bearing ring and annularly distributed floating bearing securing elements can be arranged in the outer container to support the inner container. The floating bearing securing elements can be stressed in tension by tension springs and/or in compression by compression springs and engage the floating bearing ring and the inner container or the outer container.
LIQUEFIED GAS STORAGE TANK
A tank for storing liquefied gas, having a shell delimiting a storage volume extending in a main direction which is horizontal in the use configuration of the tank, the tank comprising multiple deflecting walls in the storage volume which extend in an offset manner in the main direction configured to force the fluid to perform at least one back-and-forth movement in the main direction as the fluid passes between the lower end and the upper end of the storage volume, wherein a plurality of these deflecting walls are located in the lower half of the storage volume.
Connection for refrigerated gas storage tank
A storage tank includes a tank roof and a tank sidewall. At least one opening is located in at least one of the tank roof or the tank sidewall. A pipe extends through the at least one opening, the pipe having a sleeve assembly positioned around the pipe. The sleeve assembly also extends through the opening. The sleeve assembly includes a sleeve, at least one layer of insulation, and an inner flange. The inner flange is located on a first end of the sleeve and is coupled to the pipe. The sleeve, in turn is coupled to the tank such that the inner flange is located within the storage tank. The at least one layer of insulation is positioned in an annulus between the pipe and the sleeve.
A CRYOGENIC TANK ARRANGEMENT AND A MARINE VESSEL PROVIDED WITH THE SAME
A cryogenic tank arrangement includes a tank body enclosing a storage space for storing liquefied gas. The tank arrangement has a safety valve arrangement in which at least one pressure relief valve is directly connected to the storage space of the tank body. There is a pressure relief valve arranged directly connected to at least two locations on a same face of the tank body.
Corner structure for a sealed, thermally insulated tank
The invention relates to a corner structure (16) for a leaktight and thermally insulating tank for storing a fluid, comprising a plurality of walls (1, 101, 201); the said corner structure (16) being intended to be arranged in a corner between a first wall (101) and a second wall (201) and comprising: a first angle bracket (32) anchored to an anchoring device (16) intended to be fastened to the supporting structure (3) of the first and second walls (101, 201); the anchoring device (16) comprising a first tab (18) and a second tab (19) intersecting one another, each of the first and second tabs (18, 19) comprising an external portion (24, 25) and an internal portion (22, 23) which are arranged on either side of an intersection between the first tab (18) and the second tab (19); the corner structure (16) furthermore comprising a first insulating panel (42) which is arranged in a first space delimited by the internal portion (22) of the first tab (18) and the external portion (25) of the second tab (19), and a first lateral insulating packing element (48) which is compressed between the first insulating panel (42) and the external portion (25) of the second tab (19).
Membrane anchor mechanism
A membrane anchor mechanism which fixes a membrane provided on an inner wall surface side of a concrete wall via a heating insulating material to the concrete wall, includes a rod-shaped leg portion which is erected on the concrete wall, an anchor which is supported by the leg portion in a state of being separated from the concrete wall and is inserted into a through-hole passing through the heat insulating material and the membrane, and a pressing part which is fixed to the anchor through the through-hole and presses the membrane.
LOW TEMPERATURE FLUID DUAL STRUCTURE PIPE AND LOW TEMPERATURE FLUID DUAL STRUCTURE STORAGE TANK
A low temperature fluid dual structure pipe includes: an inner pipe through which a low temperature fluid flows; and an outer pipe externally fitted to the inner pipe with a sealed tubular space therebetween. An inactive gas having a melting point and a boiling point each of which is equal to or higher than a temperature of the low temperature fluid is filled in the tubular space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe. When the low temperature fluid flows through the inner pipe, the inactive gas is liquefied or solidified, and therefore, at least one of a liquefied inactive gas layer and a solidified inactive gas layer is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the inner pipe. As a result, a pseudo vacuum layer that is in a substantially vacuum state is formed in the tubular space.
Cryogenic tank
A cryogenic tank includes a heat insulating material layer which is disposed between a concrete wall and a membrane and includes a secondary barrier layer in an inner portion of the heating insulating material, and a membrane anchor mechanism which penetrates the secondary barrier layer, is fixed to the concrete wall, and presses the membrane. The membrane anchor mechanism includes a seal portion which covers a through portion penetrating the secondary barrier layer.
CORNER STRUCTURE OF LNG STORAGE TANK
A corner structure comprises: a fixed member fixed to a corner of a storage tank; a movable member supported on the fixed member so as to be linearly movable; a stop member attached to the fixed member to prevent the movable member from being detached from the fixed member; and a heat insulating member disposed between a sealing wall and a hull. The fixed member comprises a guide portion provided with a guide recessed portion, the movable member comprises a guide protruding portion inserted into the guide recessed portion, and the width and the length of the guide protruding portion are smaller than the width and the length of the guide recessed portion, so that the movable member can be supported on the fixed member to be movable in the longitudinal direction and in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction.
