Vehicle lamp base having integrally formed spring to bias reflector
A vehicle lamp capsule 32 having a base 34 having a spring 5 which, when lamp capsule 32 is installed, biases an inner surface of a vehicle lamp reflector 12. Spring 5 is monolithically formed with base 34 along with at least one reflector-locating structure on the base such as circumferentially extending exterior locating surface 44 and/or retaining keys 42. Base 34 and spring 5 may be molded of a plastics material. In other embodiments base 34 and spring 5 are made in one piece of sheet metal. The spring 5 formed unitary with the lamp base 34 meets regulatory requirements and avoids a risk of dislodgement of a conventional separate piece-part metal spring which could cause an electrical short when the lamp is installed in the field. The lamp capsule 32 is suitably an H13-style lamp.
Vehicle lamp and method of manufacturing the same
A vehicle lamp includes: a lamp body including a light emitting source receiving port communicating with an outside of a lamp chamber; a translucent cover combined with the lamp body to form the lamp chamber in between; a light guide supported by the translucent cover, disposed in the lamp chamber, and including a light entrance portion disposed in the vicinity of the light emitting source receiving port; a light emitting source mounting portion mounted on the lamp body to close the light emitting source receiving port, and including a light emitting source disposed to face the light entrance portion; and a positioning member including a lock disposed in the light emitting source receiving port to position the light entrance portion and the light emitting element with respect to each other in a state where the light emitting source mounting portion is mounted on the lamp body.
Vehicle luminaire and vehicle lamp
A vehicle luminaire may include: an attachment portion which includes a concave portion opening to one end face; a light-emitting module, which includes a substrate and at least one light-emitting element provided on the substrate, provided inside the concave portion; and a plurality of bayonets provided on an outer side surface of the attachment portion. When the attachment portion is viewed from a direction along a center axis of the attachment portion, the bayonets are provided at a predetermined interval. The attachment portion includes an opening portion provided in a region between the plurality of bayonets. An opening dimension of the opening portion is larger than a width dimension of each bayonet.
Vehicle Luminaire and Vehicle Lamp
A vehicle luminaire according to an embodiment includes: an attachment portion which includes a concave portion opening to one end face; a light-emitting module which includes a substrate and at least one light-emitting element provided on the substrate and is provided inside the concave portion; and a plurality of bayonets which are provided on an outer side surface of the attachment portion. When the attachment portion is viewed from a direction along a center axis of the attachment portion, the plurality of bayonets are provided at a predetermined interval. The attachment portion includes an opening portion provided in a region between the plurality of bayonets. An opening dimension of the opening portion is larger than a width dimension of the bayonet.
VEHICLE LUMINAIRE AND VEHICLE LAMP
A vehicle luminaire according to an embodiment includes: an attachment portion which includes a concave portion; a light-emitting module which includes a substrate, at least one light-emitting element provided in the substrate, and a sealing portion covering the light-emitting element; and a plurality of bayonets which are provided on an outer side surface of the attachment portion. The attachment portion includes at least one light extraction portion which penetrates between an inner wall surface of the concave portion and the outer side surface of the attachment portion. In a portion provided with the bayonet in a circumferential direction of the attachment portion, a distance between a bottom surface of the concave portion and an end portion on the side of the bottom surface of the light extraction portion is smaller than a distance between the bottom surface and a top portion of the sealing portion.

Lighting arrangement with an exchangeable lighting cap
A lighting arrangement with an exchangeable lighting cap, includes a holder for the lighting cap and a lock lever to lock the lighting cap in position on the holder. The front face of the lighting caps has at least one light emitting element, for emitting light in a direction perpendicular to the front face. The edge of the front face has two positioning slots that are perpendicular to the direction of illumination. The holder comprises an opening for receiving the front face and has two positioning elements arranged at a rim of the opening, wherein the positioning elements can be inserted into the positioning slots of the lighting cap by elastic deformation to fix the position of the lighting cap on the holder. The lock lever has an open position for inserting the lighting cap into the holder and a locked position for locking the lighting cap in position.
Lamp with a yellow and with a white and/or blue light source group
A lamp for a headlamp is provided. The lamp includes at least two light source groups each including at least one controllable light source. The light sources of one light source group are set up for emitting yellow light. The light sources of another light source group are set up for emitting at least one of white or blue light. At least the light sources of the at least two light source groups are arranged for producing light that is collectively emittable.
