A steam heating apparatus, including a housing, a heater, a water inlet, and a steam outlet. The heater includes a base and a heating body vertically extending down from the base. The heating body includes a water inlet channel, a steam outlet channel, and heating pipes. The water inlet channel and the steam outlet channel are located between a pair of vertical heating pipes among the heating pipes. One end of the water inlet channel is communicated with the water inlet provided at one end of the heater, and the other end of the water inlet channel is opened to allow steam to flow out. The steam heating apparatus can fully utilize the heat of the heater, and the steam conversion efficiency and quality are higher. Meanwhile, the problem of blocking is prevented, and the performance of the heating apparatus is improved.

Water tube and a steamer having the same

A water tube is adapted for use in a steamer. The steamer has a steam chamber and a heating plate that is disposed under the steam chamber. The water tube includes a tubular main body, a dividing body, and a plurality of ribs. The main body defines a channel extending in a flowing direction. The channel has an inlet portion, and an outlet portion that is opposite to and disposed downstream of the inlet portion, and that is adapted to extend into the steam chamber. The dividing body is inserted into the outlet portion of the channel. The ribs extend from the dividing body to the main body, and cooperate with the dividing body to divide the outlet portion of the channel into a plurality of outlet holes.

STEAM GENERATOR, AND SYSTEM FOR STEAM CLEANING WORKPIECES

A device for cleaning workpieces with a steam jet is proposed, with a special steam generator in which the steam is generated in a hollow cylindrical core, whose outer side is heated and onto whose inner side the water to be vaporized is sprayed by means of a nozzle. The steam generator has a supplementary heating device with a heatable body having a cavity through which steam generated upstream can flow for post-heating it, in order to generate dry steam for dry steam cleaning. An automated cleaning system with this steam generator is also proposed. The device can be adapted flexibly to the requirements of automated synchronized production and requires, in particular, less energy and floor space. The invention can be used, among other things, in industrial cleaning in manufacturing systems engineering, in particular in the production of automotive parts.

Device for converting a liquid into vapour and associated method for regulating a heating power

A device for converting a liquid into vapor, having an evaporation surface, a liquid inlet, a heater for heating the evaporation surface, a flow controller, a control unit configured to control a liquid flow rate injected into the liquid inlet, a chamber containing the evaporation surface, and a temperature sensor arranged on the evaporation surface. The control unit is configured to control a heating power of the heater according to a flow rate and to a temperature measured by the temperature sensor according to a predetermined control law.
