Furnace wall, gasification unit and integrated gasification combined cycle, and method of manufacturing furnace wall
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a furnace wall in which a throat section with a smaller channel diameter than other regions can be formed using all peripheral wall tubes. Provided is a furnace wall comprising: a plurality of peripheral wall tubes (142), which are disposed so as to form a cylindrical shape when aligned in one direction and through the interior of which cooling water flows; and fins (140) that connect neighboring peripheral wall tubes (142) in an airtight manner. In a throat section in which the diameter of a horizontal cross-section of the cylindrical shape is reduced in comparison to other regions, the peripheral wall tubes (142) are disposed so as to be in mutual contact and the fins (140) are disposed on the inner circumferential sides of the cylindrical shapes.
High efficiency tankless water heater
A water heater includes an outer casing defining a longitudinal axis, an axial direction being defined as extending along the longitudinal axis. The water heater further includes a combustor for production of hot flue gases, a primary heat exchanger including a tube positioned within the outer casing, and a secondary heat exchanger including a plurality of plates coupled together by brazing to form a brazed plate heat exchanger. The secondary heat exchanger includes a first set of passages defined between the plates, and a second set of passages defined between the plates and alternating with the first set of passages in the axial direction. The primary and secondary heat exchangers are in fluid communication such that the flue gases flow through the second set of passages before being exhausted, and water to be heated flows through the first set of passages to a delivery point for use upon demand.

The system comprises a plurality of pressurized combustion boilers, at least one compressor configured to provide pressurized oxidizer gas to each of the plurality of pressurized combustion boilers in parallel, and at least one feeder configured to provide fuel to each of the plurality of pressurized combustion boilers in parallel. The system further comprises a flue gas input unit configured to provide recycled flue gas to each of the plurality of pressurized combustion boilers in series, at least one pressurized heat recovery unit configured to receive a flue gas output stream from each of the plurality of pressurized combustion boilers, and at least one particle filter configured to filter a flue gas output stream from the pressurized heat recovery unit. The system also comprises an integrated pollutant removal unit.
NATURAL CIRCULATION MULTI-CIRCULATION PACKAGE BOILER WITH SUPERHEAT FOR STEAM ASSISTED GRAVITY DRAINAGE (SAGD) PROCESS INCLUDING SUPERHEAT
A boiler includes an upper steam drum, an optional intermediate drum, and a lower drum. Each drum is divided by an internal divider into a clean section and a concentrated section. Downcomers connect the upper steam drum to the lower drum, and tubes are connected to convey a heated steam-water mixture from the lower drum into the upper steam drum (through the optional intermediate drum, if provided). An optional superheater has an input terminal connected to receive steam from the clean section of the upper steam drum. An attemperator may be provided to attemperate superheated steam output from an output terminal of the superheater, and the attemperation fluid may optionally be provided from the concentrated side of the upper steam drum.

Multiple pass flexible water tube boiler
A package multiple pass flexible water tube boiler for converting water to steam. The boiler having an enclosure and diagonally offset upper and lower drums. The drums are connected by a series of staggered or offset water tubes. The water tubes comprise two sets of repeating tubes that are bent to substantially similar but not identical designs. The staggered tube arrangement optimizes heat transfer and minimizes the footprint of the unit.
