Provided are a chevron vane that traps and removes droplets contained in steam and a moisture separator including the same. The chevron vane for trapping and removing droplets contained in steam includes a main frame group including multiple main frames arranged in a flow direction of steam and pivotably connected to each other, and a collection vane group mounted on the main frame group and including multiple collection vanes for trapping droplets contained in the steam.

The invention relates to a gas liquid separator, for separating liquid droplets from a gas flowing generally in a main gas flow direction through the gas liquid separator. The gas liquid separator comprises a plurality of plates, mutually parallel and spaced apart to form a flow channel there between. Each plate having a plurality of corrugations wherein at least one of the corrugations has an extrados wing profile shaped camber.

The invention relates to a gas liquid separator, for separating liquid droplets from a gas flowing generally in a main gas flow direction through the gas liquid separator. The gas liquid separator comprises a plurality of plates, mutually parallel and spaced apart to form a flow channel there between. Each plate having a plurality of corrugations wherein at least one of the corrugations has an extrados wing profile shaped camber.
DECOMPRESSION APPARATUS FOR SUPERHEATED STEAM
The present disclosure relates to a decompression apparatus for superheated steam comprising: a temperature raising unit having an inlet connected to an exit side of a boiler for introducing steam discharged from the exit of the boiler, and an outlet for raising the temperature of steam introduced through the inlet and discharging it; a steam utilizing unit connected to the outlet and using the steam discharged from the outlet; and a decompression unit installed at one or all of a section between the exit side of the boiler and the inlet and a section between the outlet and the steam utilizing unit, the decompression unit controlling temperature of steam while decompressing pressure of steam. According to the decompression apparatus for superheated steam, it is possible to control the pressure and temperature of steam more precisely.

A device for separating liquid from gas including: a fluid inlet configured to receive a fluid that includes a liquid and a gas; a gas outlet; a deflector positioned between the fluid inlet and the gas outlet, the deflector obstructing a path from the fluid inlet to the gas outlet; and a liquid channel adjacent to a liquid outlet; wherein the deflector is configured to deflect the liquid to the liquid channel; wherein the liquid deflected to the liquid channel exits the device through the liquid outlet; and wherein the gas flows around the deflector and exits the device through the gas outlet.
STEAM GENERATOR AND COOKING APPARATUS INCLUDING SAME
A steam generator and a cooking device including the same, according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a water supply pipe into which steam water is introduced, a heating chamber having a chamber body and a chamber cover, and a steam heater configured to provide heat, wherein the steam heater is provided to be embedded in the chamber body and the chamber body includes a plurality of partition walls protruding in one direction along an inner peripheral surface to form a Z-shaped steam flow path through which supply water introduced into the chamber body and steam generated by heating the supply water flow. Therefore, the heat transfer, which had been concentrated only in a predetermined region, may be dispersed by the flow path formed in the chamber body, thereby stably generating the steam even in repetitive steam generation operation.

In a steam separator including a plurality of stages of separating mechanisms, a separating mechanism in a second or subsequent stage includes vertical plates and that divide a second stage annular flow passage or a third stage annular flow passage in a circumferential direction, and eliminate a swirl component of a mixed flow continuously occurring from a second stage inner cylinder or a third stage inner cylinder to the second stage annular flow passage or the third stage annular flow passage.
