Flare burner for a combustible gas
A flare burner for burning combustible waste gases with a manifold, a plurality of arms, and a plurality of outlets disposed on the plurality of arms. The arms may be perpendicular to the manifold. The arms may also extend outwardly from the manifold. The arms may extend into annuli, to produce oppositely flowing exit gas. A curved dispersing surface may be disposed above the manifold. The arms may comprise a curvilinear shape, or include both a linear and a curvilinear portion. The outlets are configured and spaced such that flame is short relative to size of the flare burner.
BURNER MODULE AND METHOD FOR THE ADDITIVE MANUFACTURE OF A BURNER MODULE OF THIS KIND
A burner module according to the invention comprises at least three or four or five or six or seven or eight functional walls which delimit at least one first functional space and form a module body, wherein the module body has at least three or four or five or six or six or seven gas passage openings and at least two of these gas passage openings are connected to one another communicatively via the first functional space, and wherein at least one nozzle device having a fuel gas opening is formed in an upper wall of the burner module, which fuel gas opening is connected communicatively to the first functional space via a gas channel. The burner module is produced in an additive manner.
Burner and water heater
Provided are a burner and a water heater. The burner comprises multiple flame splitters, and each of the flame splitters is provided with at least three ejector pipes, and the multiple flame splitters are arranged parallel to one another; a fastener penetrates through the multiple flame splitters and connects the multiple flame splitters into a flame row; and compressing members are arranged at end parts where the fastener extends relative to the flame row, and the compressing members compress the flame row. The burner is integrally installed, easy to operate and firmly fixed, the combustion intensity can also be increased, the emission of nitrogen oxides is reduced, and the safety of use is ensured.
Burner, combustion apparatus, method for combustion, method for controlling combustion, recording medium, and water heater
High intensity combustion and low intensity combustion are carried out together, to stabilize flames and to hold down the emission of carbon monoxide. An air-fuel mixture outlet member (back plate) that includes a single or a plurality of outlet(s) (air-fuel mixture outlet(s)) out of which an air-fuel mixture (GA) flows is include, and a metal fiber knitting body (metal knit) that covers the air-fuel mixture outlet member is included. Therefor, the air-fuel mixture, which is made to flow out of the outlet(s), passes through the metal fiber knitting body (metal knit) and is combusted, a flame of low intensity (flame) is generated together with a flame of high intensity (flame) by combustion of the air-fuel mixture, and the flame of low intensity holds the flame of high intensity.
Multiple spark and multiple sense igniter assembly and system
An apparatus may comprise a first carrier tube having a first input end and a first output end and a second carrier tube disposed substantially parallel to the first carrier tube and having a second input end and a second output end. A cross tube may be coupled to the first carrier tube and the second carrier tube and may be disposed substantially perpendicularly between the carrier tubes. A plurality of burner holes may be disposed along the first carrier tube, the second carrier tube, and the cross tube. A plurality of flame sensors may be disposed at various locations of the first carrier tube and the second carrier tube. A first igniter assembly may further be coupled to the first carrier tube.
GAS GRILL WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL
Systems and methods for operating a gas-fired appliance such as a gas-fired cooking grill are provided. An embodiment of the system includes a gas burner for heating a chamber of the gas-fired appliance. The system includes a first valve associated with the gas burner to control a gas flow to the gas burner. The system includes a second valve configured to controllably supply gas to the gas burner via the first valve. The second valve is automatically adjustable based on a desired temperature of the chamber and an actual temperature of the chamber.
Submerged combustion burners, submerged combustion glass melters including the burners, and methods of use
Submerged combustion burners having improved fuel and oxidant mixing characteristics. Submerged combustion melters including the burners. Methods of using submerged combustion melters to melt glass-forming materials and produce molten glass.
GAS BURNER ASSEMBLY
An atmospheric gas water heater includes a burner assembly. The burner assembly includes a burner having a body, and a screen member coupled to the body. A conduit is fluidly connected to the body. The conduit has an open end configured to receive gas and air. The flow of gas and air from the open end through the conduit to the body and past the screen member is defined as a downstream direction. The screen member defines a zone of combustion. The gas and the air is 100% premixed together upstream of the zone of combustion. The body of the burner has a first segment extending between a first end and a second end, and second and third segments extending from the first segment. The second segment and the third segment extend parallel to and spaced apart from each other to form a U-shape.
Burner assembly
A burner assembly includes a plurality of burner units including, on front sides thereof, fuel inlets through which fuel is introduced into the plurality of burner units, in which the plurality of burner units cause a combustion reaction using the introduced fuel, a case to which the plurality of burner units are coupled with a predetermined separation distance therebetween, and a flow passage guide that is coupled to a front side of the case and that includes a plurality of fuel openings corresponding to the fuel inlets of the plurality of burner units, and the flow passage guide is implemented as separate from the case.
Gas manifold
A gas manifold allows each distribution chamber to be fed with fuel gas at an appropriate flow rate irrespective of an increase in the number of distribution chambers included in the gas manifold. Fuel gas flowing through in an inlet is distributed to a plurality of distribution chambers through a main channel. A bypass channel parallel with the main channel also feeds fuel gas to a maximum distribution chamber. This can prevent the feeding of the fuel gas to the maximum distribution chamber from being affected by and reduced by the feeding of the fuel gas to the bypassed distribution chambers. This also prevent the feeding of the fuel gas to the other distribution chambers from being affected by and reduced by the feeding of the fuel gas to the maximum distribution chamber. The plurality of distribution chambers are thus fed with fuel gas at appropriate flow rates.
