GAS DISTRIBUTION ASSEMBLY AND WATER-HEATING DEVICE INCLUDING THE SAME
The present disclosure provides a gas distribution assembly and a water-heating device including the same. The gas distribution assembly for distributing a gas to a plurality of burners includes a manifold unit detachably assembled to an outer surface of a combustion chamber in which the plurality of burners are received, the manifold unit including a plurality of gas nozzles that eject the gas to gas inlets of the burners through an opening of the combustion chamber, and a gas supply unit that is assembled to the manifold unit so as to be separable and that supplies, to the manifold unit, the gas introduced into the gas supply unit. The manifold unit is separated from the combustion chamber and the gas supply unit as needed for replacement.
Gas burner for strong air flow
A gas burner includes a burner pipe, in which gas is supplied and which is provided with a row of linearly arranged perforations that allow the gas through to a burner chamber, and an ignition mechanism to ignite the gas electrically. The burner pipe is provided on the inside with a gas distribution pipe in order to evenly distribute the gas supply over the entire row of perforations, and the burner chamber is surrounded by a premounted air chamber, which is connected to the burner chamber by means of air slots, whereby the air slots are oblique with respect to the longitudinal axis of the burner pipe at an angle between 10 and 80, and whereby the air supply through the air slots is controlled by a device that blows in or draws in air through the premounted air chamber.
BURNER AND WATER HEATER
Provided are a burner and a water heater. The burner comprises multiple flame splitters, and each of the flame splitters is provided with at least three ejector pipes, and the multiple flame splitters are arranged parallel to one another; a fastener penetrates through the multiple flame splitters and connects the multiple flame splitters into a flame row; and compressing members are arranged at end parts where the fastener extends relative to the flame row, and the compressing members compress the flame row. The burner is integrally installed, easy to operate and firmly fixed, the combustion intensity can also be increased, the emission of nitrogen oxides is reduced, and the safety of use is ensured.
LOG-LIKE BLOCK FOR A GAS BURNER AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A log-like block for a gas burner is provided. The block having a pipe with a distal part at least partially made of flexible material and associated with at least one distal end of the pipe, and a pipe proximal part associated with a proximal end of the pipe. The block further includes a passage with shape and dimensions corresponding to those of the distal part. The distal part being built-in the passage so that the distal end is closed therein and the distal part is incapable of being moved relative to the passage. The proximal part being configured to be brought into gas communication with a gas supply source. The block further comprises a pipe outlet opening formed in the pipe distal part, exposed to an exterior of the block so as to allow gas to exit the pipe through the opening.
OUTDOOR DECORATIVE BURNER
An outdoor decorative burner having a direct gas feed and a linear burner having a plurality of longitudinally-oriented slit-like flame orifices. The linear burner is securely attached to a plate by at least two wrap brackets. A direct spark igniter and a flame sensor are included and surrounded by protective cages.
Dual-burner assemblies for cookboxes of gas grills
Example dual-burner assemblies for cookboxes of gas grills are disclosed. An example dual-burner assembly includes a first burner tube and a second burner tube. The first burner tube has a first maximum heat output. The second burner tube has a second maximum heat output. The second burner tube is spaced apart from the first burner tube by a distance of no more than 0.750 inches. The second maximum heat output is less than the first maximum heat output.
Pan support, gas hob and method for producing a pan support
A pan support for a gas cooker includes a support structure for a container for food to be cooked. The support structure of the pan support has a contact surface for the container and a channel for a flammable combustion gas and air mixture, which channel leads to gas outlet openings.
GAS BURNER FOR STRONG AIR FLOW

The burner pipe is provided on the inside with a gas distribution pipe in order to evenly distribute the gas supply over the entire row of perforations, and the burner chamber is surrounded by a premounted air chamber, which is connected to the burner chamber by means of air slots, whereby the air slots are oblique with respect to the longitudinal axis of the burner pipe at an angle between 10 and 80, and whereby the air supply through the air slots is controlled by a device that blows in or draws in air through the premounted air chamber.
Cross-flame burner system
A method and system can include: providing a grill body; mounting a cross-flame burner within the grill body, the cross-flame burner including an arched extension, a longitudinal portion, and a gas conduit, the arched extension extending laterally from the longitudinal section, the cross-flame burner including burner ports within the arched extension for providing a flame from a fuel and air mixture from the gas conduit; and affixing a Venturi body to the gas conduit.
Cross-Flame Burner System
A method and system can include: providing a grill body; mounting a cross-flame burner within the grill body, the cross-flame burner including a horizontal extension, a longitudinal portion, and a gas conduit, the horizontal extension extending laterally from the longitudinal section, the cross-flame burner including burner ports within the horizontal extension for providing a flame from a fuel and air mixture from the gas conduit; and affixing a Venturi body to the gas conduit.
