Atomization burner with flexible fire rate
An atomizing burner and corresponding method for turning an atomizing burner from an ON state to an OFF state. The burner has independently controllable flows of atomizing air, combustion air, and fuel flow, the burner in the ON state having flow values of burner parameters including flow of atomizing air, flow of combustion air, and fuel flow. The method includes: changing, in response to an OFF instruction, flow of at least one of the flow of atomizing air, combustion air and/or fuel to a lower non-zero value; first discontinuing, after a first period of time since the changing, flow of fuel and flow of atomizing air; maintaining, for a second period of time since the first period of time, flow of combustion air; second discontinuing, after the maintaining, flow of combustion air; wherein the maintaining prevents buildup of excess heat inside the burner during the transition to the OFF state.
SYSTEM OF PREVENTING BACKFLASH IN PRE-MIXED HYDROGEN BURNER AND METHOD THEREOF
A system for preventing backflash in a pre-mixed hydrogen burner includes a hydrogen burner including a mixture pipe connected to a hydrogen supply flow-path tube along which hydrogen is guided and a combustion air supply flow-path tube along which combustion air is guided, wherein a mixture of the hydrogen and the combustion air is combusted at a combustion nozzle end portion of a pipe connected to the mixture pipe, and a control unit configured to perform a first control to purge the pipe and to interrupt supply of the hydrogen, in a case where backflash propagates or is likely to propagate from the combustion nozzle end portion to the mixture pipe during the combustion.
COMBUSTION APPRATUS
A combustion apparatus (1) has a burner (11) configured to burn combustion gas, a heat exchanger (12) disposed below the burner (11), and a combustion fan (13) configured to supply air for combustion, wherein the combustion apparatus performs post-purge operation in which the combustion fan (13) is activated for a predetermined period of time after combustion operation of the burner (11) stops, and intermittent blower operation in which activation and deactivation of the combustion fan (13) is repeated a plurality of times at predetermined intervals after the post-purge operation ends.
ATOMIZATION BURNER WITH FLEXIBLE FIRE RATE
A method for turning an atomizing burner from an ON state to an OFF state is provided.
