A blocking prevention device for a gasification melting system combusts and melts an object to be treated into a slag in a melting furnace after the object to be treated is converted into pyrolysis gas in a gasification furnace, the blocking prevention device including: a slag adhesion prevention device having a slag adhesion prevention capability for preventing adhesion of the slag at an opening part that may be blocked due to the adhesion of the slag; an imaging device that images the opening part; and a control device including a calculation unit that calculates a change rate of an opening area of the opening part using a plurality of images with different capturing times or a video, captured by the imaging device, and a prevention device control unit that changes the slag adhesion prevention capabilities of a plurality of the slag adhesion prevention devices in accordance with the change rate.

Turbocharged burner

A turbocharged burner has a burning unit and a turbocharger. The burning unit is installed with a fuel bucket for storing fuel and a burning chamber having a tubular shape, and interior of the burning chamber is installed with at least one nozzle. At least one fuel tube coupled to the fuel bucket is disposed at each nozzle, and the turbocharger is coupled to the burning chamber. Under the reaction of the turbocharger, the gas fluid of the burning chamber is increased, a flowing speed and a flowing flux of the gas fluid are increased, and thus the burning further entirely achieves the objective of increasing fuel burning efficiency.

ATOMIZATION BURNER WITH FLEXIBLE FIRE RATE

A burner includes an atomizing chamber, a flame tube in front of the atomizing chamber adapted to direct combusting fuel introduced by the atomizing chamber along an interior of the flame tube, and a controller. The controller is programmed to independently control rate of fuel flow to the atomizing chamber, rate of atomizing air flow to the atomizing chamber, and rate of combustion air to the flame tub. The controller is also programmed to perform operations including regulating, based on output of a gas sensor, at least the rate of combustion air to the flame tube to substantially maintain a first predetermined amount of excess air in the flame tube.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BURNER

A method of controlling operation of a furnace having a pre-mixed burner, a heat exchanger, and an inducer blower downstream of the heat exchanger includes monitoring a pressure drop across the heat exchanger. The speed of the inducer blower is controlled in response to the monitored pressure drop to thereby control mass flow through the furnace.

Flame module for a spectrometer

A gas supply system for a flame module of a spectrometer and a method of controlling a flame module. The gas supply system comprises an oxidant gas supply line for providing a supply of oxidant gas, an oxidant gas flow valve for varying a gas flow rate of an oxidant gas in the oxidant gas supply line, an oxidant gas safety controller configured to control the oxidant gas flow valve, a fuel gas supply line for providing a supply of fuel gas, a fuel gas flow valve configured to control a gas flow rate of a fuel gas on the fuel gas supply line, and a fuel gas safety controller configured to control the fuel gas flow valve. During normal operation, the oxidant gas safety controller is configured to charge an energy storage circuit of the oxidant gas safety controller. In the event of a power failure, a first switch of the oxidant gas safety controller is configured to connect the energy storage circuit to the oxidant gas flow valve, wherein the energy storage circuit is configured to discharge energy to the oxidant gas flow valve to increase the oxidant gas flow rate in order to extinguish a flame of the flame module, and the fuel gas safety controller is configured to close the fuel gas flow valve.
