INDOOR EQUIPMENT AND AIR CONDITIONER

The present invention includes a plurality of fan motors, first and second inverters for individually driving the fan motors, respectively, and one and a common control unit that performs a control arithmetic for each of the fan motors and generates an individual driving signal given to each of the inverters.

AIR-CONDITIONING-DEVICE INDOOR UNIT

Disclosed herein is an indoor unit including: a load detector for detecting a heavy-load area to bear a relatively heavy air-conditioning load during a heating mode of operation and a light-load area to bear a lighter air-conditioning load than the heavy-load area from a perimeter zone of a space to be air-conditioned; and an air volume adjuster for setting the volume of air blown toward the light-load area to be lower than that of air blown toward the heavy-load area in a horizontal blowing mode. This allows the entire room, including the perimeter zone, to be air-conditioned efficiently during the heating mode of operation with temperature non-uniformity reduced in the room.

A printed wiring board includes a primary circuit that receives power supply of a high voltage from a high power source; a pattern for a low voltage circuit that is used when a low voltage component used for a low voltage lower than the high voltage and a power supply terminal block that receives power supply of the low voltage from a low power source are provided; a pattern for a common circuit that is used when a high voltage component used for the high voltage and the low voltage that insulates the pattern for the primary circuit from the pattern for the common circuit; a first insulator which insulates the pattern of the primary circuit from the pattern of the common circuit; and a second insulator that insulates the pattern for the common circuit from the pattern for the low voltage circuit.

HVAC actuator with range adjustment

An HVAC actuator configured to actuate an HVAC component may include a rotatable output shaft having a full range of rotation between a first end position and a second end position, a drive mechanism configured to selectively drive the output shaft, and a housing having a front side that faces away from the HVAC component. The HVAC actuator may include a range adjustment lever manipulatable from the front side of the housing that allows a user to selectively limit rotation of the output shaft to a reduced range that is a subset of the full range. In some instances, the range adjustment lever allows the user to select between two or more predetermined reduced ranges. The two or more predetermined reduced ranges may each include the first end position but have a different second stop position, or include the second end position but have a different first stop position.

Motor controller and motor control method

A motor controller of the present invention comprises units which obtain information indicative of a motor speed (ω) and information indicative of motor torque (T), an air flow calculation section which calculates an air flow (Q) of a fan based on the motor speed (ω) and the motor torque (T); and a speed command generation section which generates a speed command (ω*) of a motor such that the air flow (Q) coincides with the predetermined air flow command (Q*).

VENTILATION CONTROL DEVICE, VENTILATION SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM

In a ventilation control device, a ventilation-path setting unit is configured to set a ventilation path based on environmental information acquired by an information acquisition unit. A ventilation-quantity setting unit is configured to set a ventilation quantity based on the environmental information and the ventilation path. The ventilation-path setting unit sets a plurality of candidate paths having priorities in descending order of expected ventilation effects. In the case where a first candidate path having the highest priority is identical with a previously set ventilation path, the ventilation-path setting unit sets the first candidate path as the ventilation path, when a difference value between a room temperature previously acquired and a room temperature presently acquired is equal to or more than a threshold. The ventilation-path setting unit sets, as the ventilation path, a second candidate path having the second highest priority, when the difference value is less than the threshold.

Ventilation device

A total heat exchanger exchanges heat between air flowing through an air supply passage and air flowing through an air exhaust passage. An air supply fan transfers air from the outside of a room into the room through the air supply passage. If the temperature of outdoor air (OA) is below a lower temperature threshold (Tth), a controller intermittently stops the air supply fan in response to an index of the moisture content in room air (RA) such that as the stage of the index of the moisture content depending on the moisture content in the room air (RA) shifts toward higher stages, the period of time during which the air supply fan is at rest in an intermittent operating cycle increases.
