An air-conditioning system includes: an air conditioner including a refrigerant circuit formed by connecting an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units together, the air conditioner being configured to condition air in a plurality of indoor spaces; at least one countermeasure device provided in correspondence with at least one of the plurality of indoor spaces and configured to operate during leakage of a refrigerant; a plurality of detectors configured to detect a concentration of the refrigerant, at least one of the detectors being provided in each of the plurality of indoor spaces; and a control unit configured to operate all of the at least one countermeasure device if at least one of the concentrations of the refrigerant respectively detected by the plurality of detectors exceeds a predetermined value.
Indoor air-conditioning device and container refrigeration device equipped with same
A CA system includes a gas supply device which performs a gas supply operation of supplying nitrogen-enriched air into a container, and a controller which performs the gas supply operation so that the inside air has a desired composition. The controller performs carbon dioxide priority control in which the controller performs the gas supply operation if an oxygen concentration of the inside air is equal to or higher than a ceiling concentration higher than a target oxygen concentration, stops the gas supply operation if a carbon dioxide concentration of the inside air is lowered to a critical concentration lower than a target carbon dioxide concentration, and restarts the gas supply operation if the carbon dioxide concentration of the inside air has reached a restart concentration higher than the target carbon dioxide concentration through breathing of the plants.
Autonomous device for measuring the characteristics of a fluid circulating in a conduit and system for controlling ventilation, air conditioning and/or heating using such a device
An autonomous device for measuring at least one characteristic of a fluid circulating in a conduit in a flow direction comprises a permanent magnetic field source, a magneto-electric converter and a processing circuit capable of using the electric charges supplied by the converter to supply a measurement of a characteristic of its environment. The source and the converter are placed in a stator and a rotor forming the device. The autonomous device further comprises attachment means allowing the stator to be fixedly placed in the conduit or at one end of the conduit, in a configuration in which the axis of rotation of the rotor is parallel to the flow direction. A control system may employ at least one such autonomous device.
MANAGING EMISSIONS DEMAND RESPONSE EVENT GENERATION
Techniques for performing an emissions demand response event are described. In an example, a cloud-based HVAC control server system receives an emissions rate forecast for a predefined future time period. Using the emissions rate forecast, a plurality of emissions differential values are created for a plurality of points in time during the predefined future time period. The emissions differential values represent a change in predicted emissions over time. Based on the plurality of emissions differential values and a predefined maximum number of emissions demand response events, an emissions demand response event is generated during the predefined future time period. The cloud-based HVAC control server system then causes a thermostat to control an HVAC system in accordance with the generated emissions demand response event.
HYBRID CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A hybrid clean room system includes: a clean room which includes a plurality of side walls arranged in the vertical direction between a floor part and a ceiling part; a circulation part which is disposed outside of the clean room, and which forms a closed space along the upper plate with the other two facing side walls from among the plurality of side walls; an air pump disposed in the circulation part; a plurality of discharge ports, which are arranged on the other two facing side walls from among the plurality of side walls so as to supply, to the clean room, the air that is discharged from the air pump and passes through the circulation part; a suction part disposed at at least one of the plurality of side walls, and connected to the air pump.
System and method for garage ventilation control logic
A software implementation and method for garage ventilation control logic to intelligently modulate the rate of speed of a plurality of garage fan motors in an enclosed commercial parking garage structure. The savings are primarily driven by the known cubic relationship between fan power draw and fan speed, whereby fans operating at lower speeds will draw much less power than operating at higher speeds, taking advantage of the highly non-linear relationship between the two.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLIMATE CONTROL
A system for climate control comprises a controller, comprising a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable medium with instructions stored thereon, a plurality of sensors communicatively connected to the controller, and at least one HVAC component communicatively connected to the controller, wherein the instructions, when executed by the processor, perform steps comprising receiving sensor data from at least one sensor of the plurality of sensors, executing a machine learning model using the received sensor data as inputs, calculating a predicted temperature, humidity, or occupancy state from the machine learning model, and sending a control instruction to the at least one HVAC component based on the calculated temperature, humidity, or occupancy state. A method for training a machine learning algorithm for a climate control system and a method for HVAC control in a building are also described.
High-performance multilayer film for packaging
An electronic device is disclosed. The electronic device comprises: a gas sensor having different sensitivities in temperature for each of a plurality of gases; and a processor for calculating a concentration of at least one of a plurality of gases on the basis of an output value of the gas sensor for different temperature sections.
AIR PURIFIER AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
