Said dimple (18) comprises at least a flat area (19) and a sloped area (20), said sloped area (20) being interposed between the collar (17) and the flat area (19).
Header box and heat exchanger
A header box includes a first bottom plate and an unperforated cover plate. The first bottom plate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first bottom plate is of a one-piece configuration. The first surface is recessed inwardly to form a straight first hole extending along a length direction. The second surface is recessed inwardly to form at least two straight second holes extending along a width direction perpendicular to the length direction. The first hole is communicated with the at least two second holes. The cover plate is connected to the first surface to block an opening of the first hole on the first surface. A heat exchanger having the header box is also disclosed.
HEAT EXCHANGER
A heat exchanger includes: a plurality of tubes arranged in an up-down direction; and a reinforcing plate arranged on a lower side of a lowermost tube of the plurality of tubes. The reinforcing plate has a bent portion protruding downward and extending along a longitudinal direction of the tube. The bent portion includes at least one discharge hole to discharge a condensed water. The discharge hole is formed by an upstream rib extending from the upper side toward the discharge hole in an upstream region and a downstream rib extending from the upper side toward the discharge hole in a downstream region, and a height dimension of the upstream rib is different from a height dimension of the downstream rib at least partially along a longitudinal direction of the tube.
HEAT EXCHANGE ASSEMBLY
A heat exchange assembly, which comprises a first heat exchange part, a bridge, and a second heat exchange part, wherein the bridge is at least partially located between the first heat exchange part and the second heat exchange part; the bridge comprises two holes or grooves that face the first heat exchange part and may communicate with the first heat exchange part; the bridge comprises two holes or grooves that face the second heat exchange part and may communicate with the second heat exchange part; the bridge further comprises a third interface part provided with a third interface; and the bridge has a hole and/or groove that is in communication with the third interface. Fluid communication between the two heat exchange parts may be achieved relatively conveniently by means of the bridge, and different system requirements may be achieved by means of changing the structure of the bridge, so that a system pipeline is simple, the arrangement of pipelines can be minimized between the interfaces, and the system connection is simple and convenient.
Heat exchanger
A plate-type heat exchanger, in particular for motor vehicles, is described which includes plate pairs. In one example, a plate pair includes a first plate and a second plate that form a first flow path and a second flow path between the plates. In this configuration, the first and the second plate are associated with a first attachment plate and a second attachment plate, respectively. A third flow path is formed between the first plate and the second attachment plate and the first flow path is formed between the second plate and the first attachment plate. Alternatively, the third flow path is formed between the first plate and the first attachment plate and the first flow path is formed between the second plate and the second attachment plate. A spatial region for a fourth flow path may also be formed between adjacent plate pairs.
Assembly including a heat exchanger and a mounting on which said exchanger is mounted
The invention relates to an assembly including a heat exchanger and a mounting on which the heat exchanger is mounted. The heat exchanger including a first channel for circulating a coolant supplied by a first collector provided with a first pipe in which the coolant can circulate. The heat exchanger also including a second channel for circulating the coolant supplied by a second collector provided with a second pipe in which the coolant can circulate. The first and second channels define a heat-exchange surface that extends in a substantially vertical plane. The first pipe is located in a lower half of the first collector along a first axis parallel to the plane of the heat-exchange surface, with the second pipe located above the first pipe along the first axis. The invention further relates to an air-conditioning loop including the above-described assembly.
LAMINATED HEADER, HEAT EXCHANGER, AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
A laminated header includes: a plurality of plate-like members laminated with each other; one first opening; a plurality of second openings; and a distribution flow passage connecting the one first opening and each of the plurality of second openings to each other. The distribution flow passage includes: a first passage having a straight line shape; a first branching flow passage for the first passage to branch into a plurality of passages; a second passage that has a straight line shape and is connected to each of the plurality of passages branched in the first branching flow passage; a second branching flow passage for the second passage to branch into a plurality of passages; and a third passage that has a straight line shape and is connected to each of the plurality of passages branched in the second branching flow passage.
