HEAT EXCHANGER AND HEAT EXCHANGER MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes: a plurality of tube panels including a tube elongated in one direction; a pair of header modules coupled to both ends of the plurality of tube panels; and a pair of header cases having an open side, providing a space therein, and having the header module inserted in the space such that the tube panels communicate with the spaces, in which the header modules is composed of a plurality of header blocks stacked and coupled to each other, and an insertion hole in which the tube panel is inserted is formed at each of the plurality of header blocks. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the efficiency of manufacturing a heat exchanger, manufacture a heat exchanger flexibly in a custom-made type in accordance with the size of a product having the heat exchanger, reduce tolerance due to brazing, and improve stability of a product.
Tube stay installation assembly
A tube stay mounting assembly includes a press assembly having a housing and a top block configured to flatten fins on a first surface of a finned tube. A press arm is operable to move the top block vertically with respect to the housing. A bottom block is configured to flatten fins on a second surface of the finned tube when the press arm is rotated and moves the top block downwardly. A tube stay clamping assembly includes a clamping housing configured to receive a tube stay having a top, bottom, rear, and front walls, the tube stay being configured to receive a flattened portion of the finned tube. A clamping arm is connected by linking arms to a clamping block, the clamping block configured to engage and force the front wall into snap-fit engagement with the top wall of the tube stay.
Heat exchanger with inner sensor grid and restraints for sensor wires and heat exchange tubes
A heat exchanger includes a sensor grid with sensor leads extending through tube restraints for heat exchange tubes in the heat exchanger. The tube restraint includes a body having a plurality of tube openings defined therein with each tube opening receiving one heat exchange tube of the set of heat exchange tubes therethrough. The body also includes a sensor lead opening defined therein to receive a sensor lead therethrough. Each tube opening has a larger dimension than the sensor lead opening. The sensor grid is installed during manufacture rather than in the field, allowing the sensor grid to be on outermost and inner sets of heat exchange tubes in the heat exchanger.
Pipe supporting system
A holding system (101, 102, 103) for holding at least one pipe, comprising a comb including a bar and parallel teeth perpendicular to the bar. A blocking device (30) consisting essentially of a pin, serves to prevent a pipe passing between two of the teeth from moving away from the bar. The holding system further comprises two supports (40A, 40B), positioned at the ends of the comb, and which hold the comb so as to allow rotation thereof around the axis of the bar. A method for mounting a heat exchanger (100) comprising such a holding system.
Finless heat exchanger and refrigeration cycle apparatus
A finless heat exchanger includes two headers and a plurality of heat transfer tubes spaced apart from each other and arranged side by side. The two headers each have a plurality of insertion holes, to which both ends of the heat transfer tubes are fitted and connected. The heat transfer tubes each include straight portions extending in a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction, in which the heat transfer tubes are arranged, and turning portions. The straight portions and the turning portions are alternately and continuously arranged.
Water Vapor Distillation Apparatus, Method and System
A fluid vapor distillation apparatus. The apparatus includes a source fluid input, and an evaporator condenser apparatus. The evaporator condenser apparatus includes a substantially cylindrical housing and a plurality of tubes in the housing. The source fluid input is fluidly connected to the evaporator condenser and the evaporator condenser transforms source fluid into steam and transforms compressed steam into product fluid. Also included in the fluid vapor distillation apparatus is a heat exchanger fluidly connected to the source fluid input and a product fluid output. The heat exchanger includes an outer tube and at least one inner tube. Also included in the fluid vapor distillation apparatus is a regenerative blower fluidly connected to the evaporator condenser. The regenerative blower compresses steam, and the compressed steam flows to the evaporative condenser where compressed steam is transformed into product fluid.
Heat Exchange Device
A heat exchange device includes a core and a housing. The core comprises a first collecting part and a second collecting part, and a flat tube part is provided between the two. The flat tube part comprises a first flat tube group and a second flat tube group. The first collecting part comprises first and second collecting portions, and a separator is formed between the two. Each flat tube of the first flat tube group is communicated with the collecting cavity of the first collecting portion. The collecting cavity of the first collecting portion is communicated with the collecting cavity of the second collecting portion by means of the first flat tube group, the collecting cavity of the second collecting part, and the second flat tube group.
SUPPORT OF HEAT EXCHANGERS MADE OF WOUND TUBES
A heat exchanger, comprising: a tube bundle having at least one tube for receiving a fluid medium, wherein the at least one tube is wound about a core tube which extends along a longitudinal axis, and a first tube section of the at least one tube rests against at least one web which extends along the tube core and at least one first bracket element for securing the first tube section to the at least one web, the at least one first bracket element having a lower face which faces the first tube section and rests against the first tube section. The invention additionally relates to a securing system and to a method.
DIRECTED DECOUPLING BETWEEN BUNDLE AND CORE TUBE IN WOUND HEAT EXCHANGERS
The invention relates to a device (1) for use in the production of a tube bundle (3) of a wound heat exchanger (100), wherein tubes (30) are wound in a plurality of tube layers (4) onto a core tube (300) running in an axial direction (z), webs (10) which run in the axial direction (z) being arranged between the tube layers (4). The invention further relates to a method for producing a tube bundle using said device (1).
Radiator and lateral bump stop therefor
A radiator includes a radiator frame, an array of tube assemblies each including a coolant tube and a tube clip supported in the radiator frame, and a lateral bump stop fitted between the array of tube assemblies and the radiator frame. The lateral bump stop includes cushions arranged in a staggered cushion pattern complementary to a staggered packing pattern of the tube assemblies with each of the cushions in contact with the tube clip of one of the tube assemblies.
