Suppressed pistol
A suppressed pistol has a breech block and a slide mounted on a frame. The breech block and slide are separate pieces, movable relatively to one another and the frame. A link extends between the breech block and the frame. The link carries a cam and a cam follower. The cam follower on the link engages a cam on the frame, the cam on the link engages a cam follower on the slide. Action between the cams, cam followers and the link causes separation between the breech block and the slide during operation of the pistol. The suppressor includes a container having baffle plates with truncated cones defining openings offset from the geometric centers of the baffle plates.
Pump action firearm with slide lock mechanism
A pump action firearm with bolt slide locking mechanism includes a receiver, a barrel assembly coupled by the receiver, and a bolt slide slideably disposed in the receiver for movement between rearward open breech and forward closed breech positions. A slide lock pivotably mounted to the bolt slide about a pivot axis is selectively engageable with an interference surface on the receiver. When the firearm is fired via a trigger pull, a rotatable hammer strikes and actuates the slide lock. The slide lock rotates from a locked position engaged with the interference surface to prevent the slide from moving out of the closed breech position, to an unlocked position disengaging the interference surface. This allows the slide to be manually moved to the open breech position for cycling the action. A manual actuator is provided for unlocking the slide lock absent a trigger pull.

Semi-automatic shotgun with bottom ejecting port
A shell feeding system for a top loading shotgun in one embodiment includes a barrel, receiver, and a magazine. The magazine includes a cavity configured to receive a plurality of ammunition shells in stacked end-to-end relationship. The magazine is positioned above the barrel and extends forward from the receiver. A load gating and locking block engages and guide each shell in a feed pathway towards the lower part of the receiver for chambering. In one embodiment, the receiver and magazine may be formed as a unitary integral structure forming a single piece.

FIREARM ACTION
A firearm action has a receiver defining a bolt passage and having a latch engagement facility, a bolt assembly including a bolt body received in the passage and operable to reciprocate between a forward battery position and a rear open position, the bolt assembly including a bolt handle movable with respect to the body between a handle forward position and a handle rearward position, the bolt assembly including a bolt latch body having a latch element, the bolt latch body movable between a locked condition in which the latch element engages the latch engagement facility when the bolt assembly is in the forward position and the bolt handle is in the forward position to prevent reciprocation of the bolt, and an unlocked position in which the latch element is disengaged from the latch engagement facility to enable reciprocation of the bolt.
Longitudinally sliding bolt of small arms with a collet clutch mechanism on the barrel
The invention relates to locking mechanisms for arms-grade bolts, in particular to locking mechanisms for longitudinally sliding bolts. The technical result is achieved by that a longitudinally sliding bolt of small arms with a collet clutching mechanism on a barrel comprises collet clutching petals, a sleeve-like element controlling the collet clutching petals, a striker, a striker spring, and a bolt spring having a stop. The collet clutching petals are arranged on top of a bolt body and framed by an inertial sleeve having a spacer spring. Furthermore, the collet clutching petals are fastened with a circular spring shifted to the front side of the bolt and have protrusions at both ends which extend away from a bolt axis. The spacer spring and the inertial sleeve configured to longitudinally slide along the collet clutching petals are arranged between the protrusions sequentially in a row away from the end of the bolt.

Recoil apparatus for firearms
A recoil inversion assembly for firearms having frame, barrel for a cartridge, bolt movable during a firing cycle, firing mechanism for firing the cartridge and recoil rod with recoil spring. The recoil inversion assembly has a transfer arm with one end pivotally connected to the bolt at a bolt axis, a guide slot in the frame for slidably receiving the bolt axis as the bolt moves during a firing cycle, an inversion lever having one end pivotally connected to the opposite end of the transfer arm, a fulcrum engaged with the inversion lever for rotation of the inversion arm with respect to the frame and recoil force transmitting mechanism connected to the inversion lever for transmitting rotation of the inversion level to the recoil spring for compressing the spring such that blowback during a firing cycle is transferred through the recoil inversion assembly to the recoil spring.
